Great value. Rooms are clean. Staff and all lodgers are friendly. Everything is dated but completely expected for the $$$ paid per night. We'll definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Nice comfortable stay. Our room was clean and cozy. My only complaint, which wasn't even really a complaint, was that the office closed relatively early, which I didn't know. Luckily, the gentleman saw us and came to unlock the door and check us in. He said he usually calls guests to see if anyone will be checking in late, but since we hadn't booked directly with the hotel and had used a 3rd party he wasn't provided with contact information for me. So, I would suggest if you plan to check in later than about 5 PM, I would contact the motel directly to let them know. Aside from that, everything was great, and I would recommend the room. It's nothing fancy, but it is clean and comfortable.

Very clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful Great TV. Comfortable bed. Nothing special about this place, but it does what you need very well. A basic motor inn at a very good price in a terrific location. Definitely would stay here again.

I love this place. Nice, peaceful setting overlooking the lake. Great location to downtown yet felt like it was in the country. Grocery store, shops, restaurants very nearby. The owner was so sweet and lovely. Very nice person to deal with. Finally, the bed was so comfortable, I fell asleep early and slept late, something I never do. So appreciate the comfort and quiet. I feel terrific today!

When I checked in Wade was very pleasant and extremely helpful. We have stayed here several times and are never disappointed. The staff is great, the rooms are very nice and the property is always very quiet. Whenever we visit the Iron Range area this is our first choice for a place to stay

Great little hotel. Owners were super friendly and took care of our needs. We have stayed here a few times in our way to Canada for fishing trip. The decor might be a little outdated for some but we are more about comfort and convenience. 10/10
