Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first hotel room was infested with small cockroaches, which made us extremely uncomfortable. We immediately reported the issue and were moved to another room, but unfortunately, the second room had roaches as well. We expected a clean, comfortable, and sanitary room, and that was simply not our experience. Having to deal with cockroaches and then being moved to another room with additional problems was unacceptable and really affected our stay. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the cleanliness and pest-control issues so future guests do not have to experience what we did.

Terrible experience with a room infested with roaches all over the place. Roach eggs, babies and bed bugs on the walls, shower/sink, under the bed, walls and relocated to my clothing, luggage, inside my laptop and even crawling on me while laying down. Will never stay in this location ever again…I expect a full refund and deposit back immediately!
