Been here for about two weeks and ive been treated with great hospitality. I would recommend this hotel when on a budget!

Use the pools are gross and nasty and scum-e and like green stuff floating on the top I think it was like algae and a really strong urine smell the hot tub had a used condom floating on top which was just awful the lobby area was a disaster dust everywhere floors were sticky and the rooms were not cleaned very well I believe some of the housekeepers were going into rooms and stealing stuff because I had money coming up missing from the room I'm thinking about pressing charges but I don't think it's worth it and oh the mattresses were lumpy and they had urine stains on them

Where I stayed on 3 floor seemed like some renovations going on Staff checked me in promptly used elevator pretty nice no shower chair but bathroom looked fine everything worked fine.Comfortable bed, curtain in need of replacement.Good air and heat not overly noisey ,great view from 3 rd floor toward the south loop 289.easy access from southwest of building.For the price one of the most economical probably would stay their again if I needed a place in Lubbock.Had the complementary coffee not bad it helped LOL!!

This hotel used to be a Red Roof Inn and is going through renovations, so it currently has a lot of construction. We were here for the George Strait concert, so I didn't mind the elevated price. I don't know how much an overnight stay usually costs. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and adequate for our needs.

There was dog hair on my covers! Not just one or 2 either....place was under modeling but the toilet barely flushed,dirty covers, and the TV was static.

The floors walls and shower were filthy. The bed was ok. The common area was pretty well maintained and the staff were always nice. The price was super cheap but I’m still not sure I’d stay again with the cleanliness as bad as it was.
