The pluming is weird have to flush a couple times. Tub and sink peeling very bad, the pullout bed had stains all over it. The sheets had stains just wish they fix it up better, but overall the pool is nice and the ac is not cold at all.

Great location for a quick drive to the Buffalo waterfront(Canalside). Also good for an early visit to the American side of Niagara Falls. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was well managed and room was very quiet at night. Rooms were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stayed here during the 4014 Big Boy train event and specifically chose this hotel because it was located right next to Walden Galleria Mall, where the shuttle buses were picking up passengers. It couldn't have been more convenient! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early. We booked through Hotels.com and received a 25% discount, making our one-night stay only $110—a fantastic value for the quality of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the beautiful courtyard and pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating. We've stayed in hotels that cost much more and offered far less. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're visiting the Buffalo area, I highly recommend staying here. The fact that it's pet-friendly is the icing on the cake. As owners of two small dogs, we appreciate having that option and will definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars all the way!

Convenient location to shopping amd restaurants. Love the pool area and rooms with balconies overlooking. There's a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Karaoke night once while we were there. Breakfast had everything you needed to start your day. Check in was quick and efficient. We would stay here again, loved it.

I can truthfully state in the twenty years I have stayed at the M, I have never had a negative experience with rooms, food, staff, or amenities. As long as this twenty year experience continues in the same vein, they cannot be surpassed on any level including price of stay~
