We were in one of the new upgraded rooms. It was very beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Pillows are plenty and blankets are very bushy and the mattresses super cozy. We had a lovely dinner at Morimoto- 10 star experience and the food was amazing Pool has plenty of chairs, not enough shaded seating, but plenty of loungers Lunch at the pool was delicious. We had a burger and fries. Drinks are pricey, but the pour was pretty substantial and for non-drinkers like me lots of ice and water available, including garnish in your water if you ask This is one of our favorite MGM properties to stay at.

We stayed in a suite, and it was absolutely beautiful! The pool was also very nice and well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We ordered room service several times, and the experience was excellent. The food always arrived within 30 to 40 minutes, and everything we ordered was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Our stay got off to a bad start. There was a long line of people waiting to check in around 3 pm, and there were only two people available to help. They didn't seem to be in any rush and took a short break after each client was served. We were in line about 40 minutes. Once it was our turn, the service was efficient but not especially friendly. We were in the Studio Tower, which was apparently recently upgraded. Our room wasn't very large but it was quite nice and had a comfortable bed and comfortable seating. The walk-in shower was quite nice. We don't gamble and we didn't dine at MGM Grand, so I can't speak to that. We chose this hotel primarily because of the "lazy river" on the property. We used it one day, and it was fun, but then it was closed for the remainder of our stay. Not sure why.
