Easy access on and off the beach. Pools were very clean and maintained daily. Staff was helpful. Nice tiki bar near the pool. Indoor pool, outdoor pool and lazy river plus hot tubs. Room was clean with no problems at all- but parking garage is tight spots but plenty of parking. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in NMB. Security was present on property and talking to kids racing bikes around. Breakfast is bacon or sausage, pancakes, or French toast, eggs, cereal, toast, oatmeal, plus juices and coffee!

The hotel was exactly as billed and we would recommend it to others and stay there again. We choose the oceanfront king suite which had a beautiful view and is well worth the minimal upcharge. We arrived early and were able to do a partial check-in, use the facilities, and park with no hesitation. When we were ready to go to the room, everything was ready. The parking situation is very convenient. We were on the 4th floor and were able to park on the 4th level so it was easy to access the car at anytime. The room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. We did not use the pool because we enjoyed the clean beach, which was not as crowded as some areas. Several people enjoyed the pool area and the water was maintained. It has two wash stations to clean up after coming back from the beach. This hotel has only one other hotel and then a string of houses next to it, so it's not as crowded as farther down the beach where they have a line of hotels on either side. The room layout was cool as well. It was a rectangle with three sections. The door side had a bedroom, then a kitchen and bathing section separated by doors on either side, and finally a living space with a balcony. There was a TV in the bedroom and living room. The property is an older structure, so there is some wear and tear. The room itself was clean. The only downside is being older, the walls are not as well insulated, but they maintained respectful hours. We slept fine and had no complaints.

Check in was flawless, breakfast was fantastic and staff were so kind. Room was nice and clean and amenities were perfect. This was my favorite hotel and we stayed at 5 different hotels. Highly recommend.

I have been coming in summer two years in a row. I have no complaints at all. My family has always enjoyed their stay there. The rooms are comfy to us. All the amenities we needed were supplied. We love the access to the beach, as well as the options of pools. It accommodates all age groups. Even if you wanna give the kids the room in the back, you still have plenty of sleeping space in the living room with the Murphy bed. The provided breakfast has always been fresh. The access to the deals and coupons at check-in come in handy. Once we get there, we really don’t have any desire to leave the facility.

Property it self was good. Parking was terrible. We were only able to get one parking pass. The other car, we had to park across the street per front desk staff. Sunday when it was time to leave, we and other cars that were parked across the street got a parking ticket for $30. We payed good amount on the hotel stay for it not to accommodate parking. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. All staff members were friendly. The beds were very comfortable, rooms clean also the grits, eggs and cheese was delicious. The meal would have been completed with some beef or turkey based meat.

Our stay here was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. The full kitchen was equipped with all utensils and everything worked fine. Breakfast was perfect! We always travel with the kids so it’s a lot of us and the breakfast spread had something for everyone! We will definitely stay here again 😁
