After a very long day on the road, It turned out that I dropped my license in the process of checking in. I did not discover this until checking in a different motel the following night. I called the office in Erie and left my contact information in case the license was found. An hour later I was notified that they found it. I was told to contact Rob the office manager the following morning. He was incredibly helpful, texting me a photo of my license, then putting the license in the mail to me. Perfect solution to a very stressful situation. Outstanding customer service!!!

While I did have a good night sleep, the A/C was a bit noisy, the driveway into the motel needs major repairs, and I did have another traveler who kept complaining to me about the keys not working (I didn't have that problem although I only went out once for dinner). Location wise, the hotel was near two restaurants and two service station/convenience store.

We have been coming here for over 10 years for our romantic getaway to stay .. they just need newer beds that are softer that's the only thing that's not comfortable but everything else is great.

Room had an odd smell but otherwise was sparklingly clean. Maybe there was wet carpet somewhere in the room or something. However after the air ran for awhile it dissipated. The housekeeping staff is seriously top notch. I have not stayed in a hotel room this clean in years. I am so appreciative. It was a simple room but an excellent price, is clean and has all the basics. Can’t do better than that. Good management and hardworking staff. Kudos
