I will definitely recommend this hotel and these ladies to you guys for their outstanding concerns for their guests. I'm a travel nurse and stayed at your hotel for one. During that time, I worked nights and slept days. I walked to the lobby for coffee one day after getting ready for work, and angela was working the front desk. She knew my name and greeted me. The coffee was empty, she was extremely sorry and I said no problem, I would be back in a few minutes. I came back to the front desk and met angela in the corridor, walking with two cups of coffee for me! I was so taken back by this simple act of kindness! She is so considerate! I had to reserve days for my room to be cleaned in a different event because my schedule was so erratic. On one of these occasions, I stayed up after working all night and waited for housekeeping to come on the day I requested that my room be cleaned but they never showed up. I spoke with Alicia the manager the next day, who was very sorry and it never happened again.

The motel was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the smell was pleasant when I arrived. The young lady by the name of t was extremely respectful and welcoming, she had a grin every time I saw her very sweet lady, michelle was also another lady I met with a really pleasant voice, very helpful to my needs the next day on the evening shift I meet another young lady named angela I believe I wasn't overly happy with her, she had an attitude when I requested extra towels and when I told her about the loud noise next door, she didn't acknowledge it, so it went on bad service from that lady but most. Overall, I enjoyed it, and I hope that someone can be on the same page for customer service the next time.

We will definitely stay here again. We chose to stay here for our family trip with our dog. The location is strategic and close to the train station. I was surprised to find this accommodation so convenient. This hotel is one of the finest hotels we have stayed in, thanks for the clean and spacious room and the amazing facilities. The bed was comfortable. This place is a nice place.

All of the staff were so pleasant to be welcome in this place, especially when I see the very nice room, the table and chairs and the cleanliness of the room also match my stay.

I stayed at this hotel last week and I must say that this was a really nice hotel. The people were amazing, especially Tee, who had an upbeat spirit and was so sweet, taking care of all my needs owing to her real hospitality. I will return to this hotel, as the type of customer service she provided was fantastic and you don't find that hospitality these days. Tee for everything you see next time I visit town!
