Staff was very helpful!! Location was great. We loved the cornhole by the pool. We didn’t use the grill, but love that we could have. Beach was a 3 minute walk away. We did see a few bugs, but it’s Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Ocean's Eleven. The room was perfect for what we needed. There were just two of us but they do have larger units. The place was very clean also. We were right across the street from the ocean. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely come back again.

Very nicely maintained hotel.. rooms are like mini apartments…all you could ever need.. great to have a kitchen for a quick meal & refrigeration for water/food etc…..across the street from the beach.. lovely pool. Definitely would/will stay here again.. highly recommend.

The parking was easy. Access to the beach was amazing. I love the fact that it had been renovated. However there was an old coffee and filter in the coffee pot that had mold on it which was an awful thing to see. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the bathroom tub trim was rotten and exposed. Other than that there was enough towels and washcloths shampoo and conditioner was very very small compared to other places I've been to in the past. He did not use the pool however it did look very clean and was super cute. They also had a grill if you want to grill out. They also offered a washer and dryer which was sweet. Oh man hey you unplug me

10/10 recommend! It was the perfect place to stay for a beach vaca. 2 minutes from the best restaurants in NSB and Publix. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. It’s close enough to Flagler if you want to get there, but far enough away if you want to avoid the foot traffic. There was no staff on site, but when our box did not have a key on arrival, they were super responsive and there in minutes to bring us a key. I was a bit worried when I pulled in because it’s got small motel vibes from the outside, but the inside was perfect. It was renovated and clean and very much felt like a small air bnb. There was a laundry room, but we never used it. I loved the little picnic area with charcoal grill. We grilled out one day. Perfect pool to hang out at if you need a break from the ocean or want to take an evening dip. No extra resort fees, parking fees, or any other hidden charges. I would absolutely stay again!

This is a 1 bedroom with living room space and full kitchen they supplied all the amenities for the kitchen which was nice but didn’t use. Extremely hot water for the shower which we loved. This place was very clean and the manager is super nice very friendly. I definitely will be back to ocean 11. This is our 2nd time to Daytona for the races and it’s not a very far distance to drive to get too

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Close to all and so affordable. We stayed in the pool house, with multiple adults and a few children. Decorated Beautifully, and it was spacious, VERY CLEAN and had everything we needed right there. There was a nice outside area, beautiful pool (steps form the door) & the short walk to the beach would have been great if weather was better. For us the easy to access for my elderly parents that had visited was great also. Only negatives were the access code for key never worked for us, But Jeff was there immediately to help us. The bath tubs would only fill with the shower option (ok whatever) and the bedroom tv in one room had a remote control issue, but we really didn't need it. We would love to stay here Again!!!

What a good V I B E Ocean’s 11 Suites has. It wasn’t my usual ocean view room I usually get, but it was Magical. The suite was very clean- I had my own parking spot in front of my suite N I C E! It was like a little apartment. Loved all the windows-even in the bathroom. I loved my beach access across the street and all the other things like stores, souvenir shops and and Canaveral National Seashore was about a fifteen min drive down the street. They do not have a front desk but it was ok- communication with Jeremy by phone or text was fine. I will be returning to Ocean’s 11 Suites just L O VE D it. Thank you Jeremy! P H O E N I X

Very clean and a good coffeemaker. I liked that our car could park close to the room's door and that there were no stairs or elevators. Close to beach, too.

We loved the stay. It was one of those little places you think is not good, but when you open the door it was perfect. There was no office, but we called the number when we had questions or texted them. It was quaint and clean, our two favorite conditions. The pool area was very nice, and it was close to the beach. The price was very nice too.
