Very small Motel - but sooo cute and nicely done. Front desk person was awesome and the breakfast place right next door was delicious. It was not a cheap breakfast but it was excellent.

We arrived earlier than planned and was able to check to our surprise. The woman at the front desk was very kind. Our room was larger than expected. It had everything we needed and right by restaurants and coffee shops. We were just a few blocks from the ocean and a short drive to the pier.

We truly enjoyed our stay extremly friendly staff very clean rooms beds were comfortable! Really by beach 6 min walk not by pier but the walk so worth it u see so many other things it was so fun and they have food fyi.. we regret not eating there bc we ate at disgusting bar across the street some biker bar sucked n over price if we knew they had food there we would've eaten there totally recommend the stay here

The staff was very courteous. The hotel was very small less than 50 rooms but all are spacious and very clean. The access from the freeway is easy and close enough to walk to the beach. This was our 2nd time visiting there and it has become our go to place to stay when we go to Oceanside.

I was traveling as a single woman. I had to come back later in the evening from business meetings. The front desk person always came out to see me to my room. It wasn’t necessary, but very appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean.

Raised in Oceanside so it’s good to come back to visit and find a little mom and pop shop that still exists and represents old O’side. Amit and his wife were amazing and accommodating. Location is central to both Cbad and O’side access to great beaches! BOOK and ENJOY!

Good overnight at half the price. I will be back again. Walking distance from many little shops beach is 12 min walk. Bring slippers harwood floor is cold at night when you go to the restroom. Enough parking but I did not drive.
