Clean but dripping faucet. I wish the clerk had mentioned to turn on the A/C in the room and if there was wifi (I forgot to ask if there was a password). But otherwise, I slept well.

Stayed at a lot of Patel Motels and this one was by far the worst. No water pressure in the sink, tp holder falling out of the wall, bad tile, banged up paint, shower faucets hanging out of the wall, among the more noticeable. And could the dumpster be emptied a more convenient time for sleeping than1am? But.…you get what you pay for and it wasn’t very much.

For $61 including taxes/fees, I didn't expect much & you definitely get what you pay for in this instance. The room was clean, no bugs & had a mini-fridge. Now for the rest. No wifi. No pets & if caught it's a $250 charge. No coffee maker. No breakfast (for $61 I didn't expect one though). The TV only got about 10 channels but all but a couple were snowy & unwatchable. No premium channels. Holes in wall where pictures used to be. The toilet paper was like cardboard & when you pulled on the roll, the entire flush mounted holder pulled out of the plaster. The place was advertised as "recently refurbished". The Lobby was decent. What was amazing was a entire wall of CCTV monitors showing 60, yes 60, live feeds all around the building, walkways, lobby, halls, etc. I bet Walmart doesn't have as big a setup as this. It probably rivals most prisons too. It was crazy! They put some serious money into that system for looked like an almost empty motel devoid of guests. My wife & I were traveling thru & just needed a bed for the night so for the cheap price, it was ok. Just don't set your expectations too high for a $61 room.

They were messy dirty. Rude unhelpful. Doordash wouldn't even deliver there. Made mistake on booking g dates paid for another night a week later and didn't even go. No breakfast coffee cost 2 only from 7 til 9. Car broke down They wouldn't even let me stay inside or pay 20 til 2

This property was the worst I've ever encountered in over 50 years of traveling, Starting with difficult ck in on a pre paid non-refundable reservation. Then the room looked nothing like the photos posted. Clerk had the nerve to say he was putting me in one of their BEST units. Bare minimum towels, unpleasant odor, NO WIFI, No housekeeping service, 1 pillow/bed, THERE WERE NO AMENITIES, & my worst fear "BUGS"!!!

Pulling up to the hotel, my friend and I both said oh no. The outside looks like it had been forgotten. There were mattresses lined up behind the hotel like a ton of them… Soon as we got out of the car, we noticed a used condom on the floor. We were just hoping we didn’t die

The only good thing was the price - but for this "hotel" in that condition even too much. Cockroaches in the room, dirty surrounding - absolutely nothing good to say about this facility.
