The overall experience was great! We only stayed one night, but the hot tub was amazing! The restaurant food was phenomenal! However, the fridge in our room was broken, so we didn’t use it. Also, the shared bathroom had a pretty bad smell.

I liked the unique features of the place. The cute bakery and Ukrainian food was to die for. The staff was hands off which I really enjoyed. The bathroom situation got crowded on the weekends and there is only three bathroom/shower combos. Water heater didnt last long and water pressure decreased anytime some one flushed or someone else was using the shower. The views from the venue were spectacular and the hot coffee on the swing in the morning was great. Over all a great experience and the small down sides weren't big enough to keep me from coming back.

Ukrainian owned resort with cabins & hotel rooms. Bakery & restaurant had delicious food & the outdoor spa was incredible. Beautiful property nestled in nature with proximity to Mt Rainer. Staff was so kind & accommodating. Loved it!!

My long distance bestie and I wanted a place right next to Mt. Rainier National Park so we could get there first thing in the morning. We went during April (shoulder season) and were fortunate to have incredible weather. The lodge room we stayed in was absolutely adorable, and the restaurant on site had incredible Ukrainian food for dinner. We didn't have the chance to utilize the other features available for booking (like the cannibal hot tub) but they were tempting enough that I would love to go check it out in the future! We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the cafe before heading into the park!

Outstanding Experience at Paradise Village Hotel – Thanks to Alex at the Spa Our stay at Paradise Village Hotel in Ashford, Washington was truly memorable, and a huge reason for that was Alex, who works at the spa. From start to finish, Alex delivered an exceptional level of service that genuinely exceeded our expectations. We booked the Cannibal Hot Tub service for our family and were absolutely impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming Alex was. He took the time to explain the entire spa experience in detail and offered several options and approaches to ensure the service was tailored perfectly to our needs. Every step of the process was well‑guided, thoughtful, and handled with great care. What stood out the most was Alex’s deep knowledge—not only about spa procedures, but also about the hotel itself. He enthusiastically shared information about the property, amenities, and things to enjoy during our stay, which made us feel even more connected and comfortable at the resort. His recommendations were genuinely helpful and clearly came from a place of pride in his work and the hotel. Alex was incredibly polite, patient, and attentive, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for our entire family. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such warm, personal service, and it made a lasting impression on us. We had 2 rooms. My room was a little dusty but clean. The sofa bed was a little dirty, but we had clean sheets to use. The second room appeared as if the last tenants were expected to come back and didnt. Things looked neat but seemed used and durty. Not sure what happened. Over all the rooms are cute, location is great, staff is very friendly. I would stay here again.

Place was beautiful and hosts are very nice. Language is a bit of a barrier but everyone is welcoming and accommodate. The whole place was really clean and decor was beautiful. The stares are a hit dangerous i did fall coming down wearing socks, so be careful.

Friendly staff, we did not have enough time to lounge by the pool but it all looked nice and quiet. I did have to cross a little street to get to the pools. My unit was near the tennis courts .
