The staff were very nice. No issues with loud noises at night. I was able to sleep with no issues or problems. The coffee and breakfast were good. I really appreciated my stay here.

Really the stay was pretty good. I loved having the balcony access. The only problem we had was the pool area. You have to walk down several flights of stairs just to get to it. Also the lazy river experience wasn’t great because all the kids decided to keep jumping right next to us. I get that kids will be kids but it kind of ruined the experience for us. Other than that it was great! Close access to stuff to do, the Island is a must and it’s right down the street!

We had three rooms, all of which looked clean but there were cockroaches. Renovation was going on but they decided to do it all night while trying to sleep. The price was decent, but I think I would pay more and go somewhere else.

I had a good experience while staying at this hotel. This hotel is not a luxury hotel. The room was very comfortable, there is a 24-hour coffee and tea service in the lobby which every hotel should offer. The price is also reasonable, and the location is in close proximity to everything.

Really liked the room we had for the most part. But they need to update thier beds and they didnt have sheets or blankets on the bunk beds. The man downstairs gave us sheets said he couldn't access blankets!! The bathroom by the lazy river was very dirty and nasty. Had to go back up stairs to my room

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was only 1 elevator that was working out of 3 . The outside pool area was dirty and very few places to sit. Breakfast was OK but they ran out of food and people were getting upset. The room was clean but bathroom was very small and tight. Overall we were pleased with our stay

Great price, clean rooms, pool was clean with ongoing deck work. I think this property gets a high rating because it is fulfilling Dollywood dreams for a reasonable price for family's. It is an older property but kept clean.
