Room was immaculate! Air freshener was kind of strong - was good my mom who had asthma was not with me, she could not have stayed. Bathroom was so small but thankfully was able to use mirror and desk in room to put on makeup. Beds were comfortable, pillows small for a queen size bed. Slept good. Reception with free drinks was nice. Employees / staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Unfortunately not much in the area to do. Did go to an Irish pub that was pretty good.

The room was clean. The staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was good. They have an amazing time for snacks/drinks from 5:30-7/7:30 every night, for free! There is a fountain for pop/soda available 24/7 as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 1 night and we enjoyed it. Location was perfect, walking distance to aquarium.Staff was helpful and friendly. They had complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoon which was nice. We also forgot some stuff in the room and it was shipped to us quickly.

Front desk person was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She provided good answers about the area in downtown St. Louis. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice evening happy hour with free beer/wine and snacks. Good breakfast.

Most of the staff was very helpful. We did have one encounter with a staff member who was not wanting to assist is in seeing why I had 4 reservations when I only had two. After some discussion with Expedia and the manager of the hotel it was taken care of. Also there was another staff member who was truly helpful as she was able to get our taxi to make it to the Stadium on time

Manager Reggie was so helpful and accomodating even coming to our room to help figure out our Wi-Fi issues. Breakfast and happy hour were very good. Would definitely come back again. Only thing wasn’t thrilled about is there was no room service if you stayed multiple nights. We were ok with that though it was just my wife and I.

The hotel is well situated within St Louis. 20 min walk or 5 minute drive from the Greyhound or train station. Directly across the street from the St Louis City football ground. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable bed and secure. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast provided by the hotel was good. Attached and around the hotel were a number of places which provided eating and drinking options. Thank you for a nice visit.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were always cheerful and ready to serve. The nightly Kick Back snacks and drinks were an excellent add-on thay we very much enjoyed. The pool was busy, but nice. The room was in good condition and comfortable. Having popcorn in the lobby is a nice touch too. We would come back to St. Louis just for this hotel and staff! Very. Very pleased!
