The place is excellent. The atmosphere is good. There is also a pier for fishing and a great environment for families. The guests were older so there was less noise. We had the pier to ourselves both nights. I would highly suggest staying here. The difference between hotel rooms and small cottages is that they are small.

Our visit was wonderful. Our cottage was so pretty. The swimming area was fantastic. Great location. The only negative thing was that our bed's mattress was in desperate need of repair. On one side of the bed, a divot was visible. My fiance slept well, but I had to go to bed on the couch. We only remained for 2 nights, so we just made it.

I recommend Pelican Bay Resort and plan to return as often as I can. Our cottage had many nice features that made us feel at home. We could relax, go fishing, and enjoy our vacation. Their private pier is just right and we felt safe.
