Great hotel. All around high quality. Rooms small of course but lots of pleasant common areas and near everything in Williamsburg. Free coffee in am. Street parking easy —just read signs for days to move car early—nice supermarket on same block. Good value compared to rest of area.

This is my go to for business stays when I’m back in NYC. What’s great/What you should know: What’s great: 1. Location. In the heart of Williamsburg right near the Bedford Ave ie stop on the L. You’re one stop from Manhattan. Going to other parts of Brooklyn or to Queens? Three stops from the B62 bus. 2. Staff is great. Friendly, helpful, asks if you need anything g. Helped me get into a room earlier than check-in time and were super nice about it! 3. You can decline housekeeping. For quick stays if you don’t need your room cleaned so they’ll put you on a list so you can sleep in without worry of a knock on the door. 4. There’s tons of good eateries all 5 minutes walking distance away. The on premise restaurant is great in terms of service and food quality. 5. It’s surprisingly quiet. Never heard much of anything in my room or when I walked around the hallways. There’s a second floor lounge where you can do work and it’s usually filled and that’s a good thing if you want to be around people. 6. Great for solo traveling. Might feel claustrophobic for two or more. What you should know: 1. This is NYC so the rooms are SMALL. 2. The shower/toilet design is a European/Japanese style meaning they share the same space and drain. When you shower the toilet gets wet. Just be aware this is by design for space and convenience. 3. The rooms can feel like a meat locker in terms of temperature. Adjust accordingly.

Cafe Landwer downstairs massively elevated this hotel’s experience. Outside spaces are also thoughtfully considered. Rooms immaculate. I am a repeat visitor. Location is excellent for the city and Brooklyn.

We stayed in this Pod as it was close to our daughter's apartment. This location is very convenient as it is next to restaurants, TJ's, Whole Foods, and the subway. We stayed in a room with a double bed. The room was clean and spacious for a pod. I do wish the bathroom had more counter space.

Unbeatable Home Base for a 62 yr. old Solo Female Traveler Looking for a safe, easy to get around from, with good value. Pod Brooklyn delivered. After 3 fast paced days in Times Sq.,Rock plaza, Pod Brooklyn in Williamsburg gave me the chill, n'hood vibe I sought. Super close to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, local boutiques, and the Bedford Avenue subway station - great base to explore both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Although I arrived 3 hrs. before check-on, front desk guru checked me right in and upgraded me to a quiet queen room overlooking the rooftop garden. The room was peaceful and spotless. Yes, the rooms are compact, but so well designed with every need met. Can't say enough about the awesome front desk staff. They took the time to understand what I enjoyed and gave primo recos for restaurants, neighborhoods, and subway directions. Their local knowledge made my trip even better. A few things to know: daily housekeeping is available; you can request a mini refrigerator and dorm-style microwave for your room. I also appreciated the self-service linen station at the end of each hallway, measy to grab fresh towels or extra bedding without calling the front desk. Nice mix of travelers -vacationers to remote workers. Especially recommend Pod Brooklyn to solo female travelers. I always felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood. If you're looking for a clean, well-designed hotel in a great Williamsburg location - this is it!
