I believe that this hotel has a pool that our family has cherished. I think the hotel offers cheap pricing at a decent value for money. The hotel is clean and quiet. If I want to travel this way on a budget, I will stay here again. The front desk staff is friendly and I moved to a quieter upstairs room than the upstairs room they had originally reserved.

Checking in could be a little smoother. First, they required a photo ID. Second, they said I couldn't use the credit card I used to make the reservation and insisted I put a credit card in their scanner to be able to check in. The reason given is that they do not store the credit card used in the reservation. The reservation states that if I don't show up, the credit card will be charged the full amount, so they're basically lying. The breakfast is good, but the service is different. Because the server never returned to the table after the meal, I had to get more coffee in the lobby. Also, there is a real attempt to limit the quantity of food available. Two eggs are all you can order, and no omelettes are available. The room is clean and the king bed is really comfortable. I paid 142 dollars a night, which included all taxes. The room rate is far better than the hotels close to Eric. The hampton inn right down the street was $250 per night. Other hotels right on the riverfront are even more at $400 a night.

This hotel was so tiny with a cluttered lobby. It was very disappointing at first. The front desk personnel was very accommodating and helpful, as was the general manager, who was also a friend and employee. The room here was very spacious and neat with a pleasant atmosphere. The atmosphere was also peaceful and quiet. The restaurant on the other side is a bit further east. The breakfast was offered as a complimentary dish with a special order.

In the last 20 years, when my eldest son has lived there, my wife and I have stayed at several different motels in Eric, but this one has always been our favorite! We spend at least three and five nights at this motel each year. All of the staff members are friendly and willing to assist you at all times. Their chocolate chip pancakes and orange juice make our grandchildren happy because of their excellent breakfast. The beds in the typically adjacent rooms were so comfy that my wife would adore taking them home. The entire staff makes us well-known because of our constant stay. Any plans to travel in the near future to take one more trip soon to end our summer so that the grandchildren can enjoy the pool. Mike sue Krystoff.

I'll stay here again. We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. We stayed in a clean room. There is a microwave, tasty breakfast, and warm water in the pool, which is open until the evening. And there is entertainment on site, we heard a live band on Saturday night and it was great. The whole team was friendly and helpful.
