Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would stay here again. I kind of wished it 3 stars, but it wouldn't allow me. The hotel was excellent enough for what I was looking for. My spouse and I had planned for their birthday and we only needed a place to lay our heads for a few days. It certainly worked. I wasn't okay with the cold water in the shower. But the water in the sink got hot, haha. The concierge was friendly and welcoming, but the service was slow when it came to cleaning the room and other things.

I have stayed at several quality inns and suites in the past. My stay at the Quality Inn Suites near six flags east was a huge disappointment. My stay began with an interaction with a nice young woman at the front desk. She initiated my check-in. A few moments after receiving my check-in information, the hotel proprietor came to the front desk and stood next to the front desk clerk to assist her in checking in. The proprietor did not recognize my presence, instead he began talking to the young lady about the check-in immediately. I asked the owner if I could have a late checkout. He didnt have late checkout! Why are you here for three days? He went on to explain that there was only one housekeeper so he couldnt allow late checkout. I was astonished because a simple no would have been sufficient. He then informed his trainee that my stay was free and that he would not charge my card because it would take 14 days to reverse the charge. I can understand that everyone has bad days and may not respond to others because they would be functional at their best. But this guy had no customer service abilities. He is one of the rudest people Ive ever met. My room appeared tidy and clean. But I soon realized that the room needed some serious attention. My fire alarm alarm system was purged and needed to replace it. A new replacement is

We hope to stay here again sometime soon. The room is very spacious and clean. The exterior is very pleasant and peaceful. They also have a heater so I really appreciate it.

The location is very easy to find and get to. Room is comfortable, but there's a lot of noise in the halls. So we won't stay again because the area lacks amenities. Great service!
