I thought it was funny, how they had an Asian restaurant in the lobby but I’m not complaining at all. My kids and I appreciated the smell 😂😂We stayed for a quick overnight thing but staff was friendly and helpful. Also VERY close to the airport so very convenient and yes they offer a shuttle to/from airport.

I don't understand why this place gets such a bad rap. I only stayed one night before an early morning flight, but my room was clean and a good size. The bedding was fine. The bathroom was big and the towels were pretty nice. Parking was easy. The man who checked me in was helpful and kind. It was expensive but that's to be expected in the summer. I would stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.

Perfect for us! Our accessible room was convenient and quiet. Shower had plenty of grab bars and I felt very safe. They also had a shower chair which is very helpful for me. We asked for extra pillows, and they brought them to us. Room had a nice fridge with a real freezer, important on this trip, as we needed ice close by. We did not feel like going out to look for a restaurant, so just stayed & ate dinner at the one on site. The menu was mostly Vietnamese, with a variety of "American" to choose from. We had a good meal, reasonably priced, and staff was friendly and very attentive. Typically, I do not care for the "hot breakfasts" hotels offer today. They are just bad. However, when we have early flights, it would be helpful for hotels to offer a LIGHT, on-the-go type breakfast... juice, coffee, good donut or granola bar is enough to get most folks going. Thanks.

I stayed at this property after a 7 day cruise. They let me check in early because my room was ready. VERY NICE. The oversized hot tub was also nice. Overall, the property is showing its age a little, but it was clean and everything was in order. It’s also close to a Dennys, so that was nice.

The staff was very helpful in sending us a free shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They also helped us in signing up for a shuttle to the pier in Seattle for our cruise (this shuttle was an extra cost directly to the shuttle driver - $25.00 per person). The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The dinner at the restaurant on the premises was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was just okay and if we stay there again we will eat dinner there but will walk just down the street to the Denny’s for breakfast. Overall, the hotel was economical and convenient and we would stay there again.

Tracy was the sweetheart at the front desk when we arrived on an early morning flight from California unfortunately we couldn’t check in that morning.Tracy did get absolute best to accommodate us. For an early afternoon check in! She was so thoughtful and kind. To our surprise, there was a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant next to the front desk. when we arrived at our suite, we were pleasantly surprised with our living room pull out sofa and nice size bedroom with a king bed. Vacation on a budget a family of five! the hotel also has pullout beds, which was perfect two to a sofa bed two to the king size bed, and one on the rollaway bed. Worked out fantastic. I enjoyed the big windows as well. There’s is a mini fridge/freezer microwave coffee maker and sink… I would stay here again…

The shuttle was extremely convenient. The staff was really helpful , on our first night the T.V wasn’t working , no problem got moved to the room next door , no hassle . Stayed there 5 nights for the price I think it was worth it . The bed was comfortable plus the shower towels smelled fresh plus soft .
