A nice motor lodge type motel at a reasonable price, especially in the middle of summer high season. We were arriving late, so the host made check in by phone easy along with arrangements for the key. Convenient location but also quiet.

The hotel wasn’t anything great. The room was remodeled but the floor had a hump in it that was concerning and the bed was so bad we had to take the mattress off the box springs and put on the floor to sleep the second night.

Staff was very nice. First room we were given (deluxe queen) was not up to standards. Toilet didn't work, shower was tiny, heater was a plu in oil apace heater. Room was not anything like pictures. Called the office, they moved us to a studio I think. It was alot nicer but needed a good deep cleaning. Alot of dirt and there was a chicken bone under the couch cushion. Shower had very limited water pressuure. But the room was nice. Overall it was okay, will we stay there again, probably not but it was okay for the weekend trip. Close to the strip.

Was very disappointed in the condition of the room. We stayed in the same building 2 1/2yrs ago and loved it. The floor in the unit was so warped, there are gaps under the trim, kitchenette cabinet. Water pooled in the shower. I think the building should possibly be condemned. Shades were broken and the one curtain should have been over the window in living room where the building light was on all night. So the living room area with pull out sofa was so bright, it was hard to sleep. Of course the whole unit was so bright when the sun came up, no sleeping in. Sorry, but probably won’t return, though we loved the walking distance to the strip!

The location was good being very close to restaurant's and shop's at Bagnell Dam. The cabin was in desperate need of a new matress and Damprid to remove the musty smell. As a frequent visitor to the area, other places I've stayed are a much better value considering the overall condition and inadequate supplies. A weekend stay for two should have more toilet paper than half a roll. The property attendant, Tom, was attentive and heloful in assisting with any needs or questions.

The manager was not personable. When I went to complain about the size of bed we reserved he said it was the right size. He said did I want him to check and I said yes. He never got back to me on size. TV was not working 1st night complained about it, he said there is a button on tv . We didn't couldn't find it till next day. When we went to check out. I had to ring the bell , he talked through ring doorbell and waited for him to come to the door . He said yes I said room 12 checking out he said just leave keys in mailbox. I feel this establishment was located great on the strip,but we did not get what we paid for. I will never go there again, and I will be telling all my family and friends about this location.

The room was nice BUT I was in a deluxe suite 2 beds one a fold out couch there were NO sheets for this bed, a thin blanket that stunk. The shower barely had hot water had it turned all the way up toward hot and was barely lukewarm. We stayed in room 11 and outside in the grassy area was dog poop and it smelled bad sitting outside.

The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. So here we are 16 hours from home and no where to stay and we wanted to be within walking distance of the dam area attractions. We were able to find something 15 minutes away but were out the money we paid upfront for this nightmare. The positive reviews must be from staff as there is nothing there worth even a single star. Beware. Be forewarned. Sleep in your rental car, it’ll be better.

Black mold, cold showers and loud ac window unit from who knows what decade! Cob webs in every corner of the room and bathroom, dirty floors and smelled horrible. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
