Overall, the room was large and comfortable, but the service was definitely lacking. I reserved this hotel for a week, and it was still costly for its location and quality. I paid extra for a spa-like room, which I had assumed to be a typical spa, but it turned out to be a heart, like a honeymoon suite. The bed, room, and location were all of what satisfied me for the most part, but the service was lacking. The desk service was adequate, but when I went to request a new towel after discovering a few days of lack of room service, I was told that I must give up my current towels to be washed because there were no additional towels left. The noise level wasnt particularly terrible, but you can tell that those who visit this hotel are not tourists, but residents who require a place to stay for longer than a few nights. I was most disappointing about the lack of room service and the lack of some basic amenities. I only received two tiny bars of soap in my room, which would last me the entire week, and when one largely dissolves after one shower, you know thats insufficient.

If you are looking for a low-cost spot to say in the Long Beach or greater Los Angeles area, look elsewhere. There are others closer to the same price nearby. Since I had never planned to drive three hours in the morning and was close to the Long Beach cruise terminal, I once stayed in this hotel. It is located in the heart of a bad part of Long Beach, right on the Pacific coast highway. To my surprise, when I turned on the to, there was very grainy and cheap porn on the main channel, which appeared to be running from a ver from the 1980 s. It was a very dark room, there was nowhere to eat or drink properly, not even a safe distance. The mattress was adequate, but the linens in the bathroom looked like quite thin hand towels. The shower would not heat up for a short time. To be distant, but I was able to use the switch station button while some satellite channels had a message informing the subscriber to call right away to pay or they would cancel the signal. There are more enticing choices nearby for the same cost.
