I really enjoyed my stayed at Courtesy Inn. The location was easy accessable. The staff made easy to check in/ no hassle. I would recommend it.

Overall the stay was good but they had cockaroaches. The tv didn't work all that great and there wasn't a table in the room like it is depicted in the photo.

I was evacuated due to the fires in Altadena and Pasadena. I stayed in room 350. The room was overall clean. However, once I settled in, a cockroach went scurrying down the wall. Not OK, Ever. I'm an elderly woman with arthritis and when I parked in front of the room it was a little difficult to navigate between the bushes and make-shift steps where someone could easily fall. I turned on the TV soon after I got to my room so I could check the news to see if I even had a home to go back to. The TV didn't work. Regarding housekeeping, the room looked inviting, the bed was well made and the room was very clean. Regarding the front desk - he was great. He helped me bring my bags in, and fixed the TV so that I could get the news. HOUSEKEEPING: 4 stars FRONT DESK: 4 stars. PROPERTY OWNER: 1 star. Please be a good person and give these people credit and a raise. I don't know who you are, except probably greedy. Would I stay there again? Maybe. Also, make the check-in more friendly, like you're not checking into Rikers Island.
