I stayed for one night but it was perfect. The room was clean and I loved the property’s architecture. Such an easy walk from downtown and right in front of a CVS for convenience

We were looking for a clean place to sleep with no frills and this is what we got. Staff was friendly, check in easy and no other issues. Our room was clean, and minimal. Everything worked as needed for our stay. Will stay again for my next visit to Riverside.

Just enough parking spots. Nice reception. Shower hot enough with amount, and duration ok. Garden type setting pretty at night. Some traffic noise, but not extreme. Fairly safe area, lots of different people in area. Bed, bath and T.V. ok. I would go back again.

The place is super convenient to downtown Riverside, well maintained and very affordable. I really enjoyed the hotel's architecture. Having a door onto a balcony, though tiny, was nice in that I could open up the door to let enjoy the evening breeze. WiFi was excellent (there are plenty of hot spots throughout the property).

I recently stayed here because the Marriott and Wyatt were more than twice as expensive. Check in was simple, though the plexiglass window was a problem. My room was upstairs and at the end of the hallway. The room was clean and spacious. It has a microwave and fridge. You are near the convention center and downtown.

Our room was quite big and interesting. It looks like an old convent room or something similar. The rooms don't have many mirrors, just the bathroom one. The beds were nothing special but fine for one night. Riverside has very little happening so you won't be staying here for a long time in any case.

It's a lovely two-night stay in a cozy historic hotel. The staff is courteous and maintenance is a step behind schedule. The tiny lot has very little parking. Mission Inn is within walking distance of the town, and Walmart and Starbucks are within 300 feet. A convenient place in town for a great price.

The cleanliness was very good. The towels were very thin and just gave 2 even though you have 4 plus guests. But luckily I was able to check in without any issues at all during my stay.

Really cute property, pretty loud because it's right on the major street but that makes it very convenient and walkable. Management gave us a bit of a problem because of false information on their site. We also booked a room with 1 queen bed but they insisted it was 2--not complaining though, the views were great
