Smell a little of dogs. But I could not smell it. My Son mentioned it. Very spacious room. Lots of TV channels. Waffles and juice for breakfast. Conveniently located next to a Mo’s restaurant. Also a cute little coffee shop. Plenty of beach to walk on. We had a great stay.

Room was clean, very reasonable dog fee. The breakfast was pretty basic. Only waffles and cereal and bagels. Would have like some eggs and sausage. Otherwise all good, would book again.

Staff was very friendly and everything was clean. I was able to message them from the car and they held our reservation even though we arrived an hour after check-in due to traffic. I loved that we could walk to eat just down the street and the beach was just steps away. The only thing I wish was a bit better were the breakfast options. I was hoping for at least eggs with a continental breakfast as I am gluten free so I couldn’t really eat anything other than the bananas. Other than that, our stay was very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Very well maintained property. Enjoyed our room on the 4th floor with the balcony overlooking the beach. Lots of folks enjoying themselves. We enjoyed a yummy seafood dinner next to the hotel.

View was spectacular, room was bigger than normal, clean, quiet and staff was courteous Our only complaint was breakfast, out of milk, spray for waffle maker was empty, syrup was empty, coffee ran out and person behind desk had a sign, be back in 5minutes. Seemed like forever. However, I would stay again for the beachfront view.

My favorite part about staying here besides having a patio that looked right over the bay was that the sheets were not the ordinary blah white sheets that most hotels have, they were a beautiful pattern. Most travelers might prefer white but I don’t. The parking was tight but there is a parking garage down and up for those who arrive late. If I was going to this area again I would definitely stay here. The staff was also very nice.

Location perfect for enjoying the beach. Enjoyed balcony, having my dog present, and watching others enjoy bonfires at night. Room was neet and clean. Minimal choices for breakfast but enjoyed what was there. Older motel. Enjoyed stay and will go back.

Staff was great. Great location near restaurants can walk to. Groceries near as well. The beach is great never too crowded. Peaceful place. One thing might be worth doing is add door arms to help from doors slamming. Had one person leaving often at times and their door slammed every time.

Great stay! Excellent location. Short walk to beach, bay and park areas. Walkable to lots of food, grocery store, liquor store, bars and shops. Great area. For the price point best stay in Lincoln city. Room was clean, had fridge, coffee was good.
