The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and clean. The people were very friendly. My titanium status was well known. We would return. They had good amenities and a good convenience store.

This is my second visit to this hotel. Just what you would expect from a springhill suite. The staff was extremely accommodating and prompt in responding. I requested special services and a late check out to assist us with a pageant and rodeo weekend, and the front desk and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of us. The only complaint I have about this hotel is that the walls are thin, which can be problematic if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, the room is clean, the hotel is clean, the location is ideal off the highway but away from the hustle and bustle, close enough to food and shopping, easy parking, and the staff is fantastic! I'll continue to return here year after year.

The staff was pleasant, polite, and helpful in answering questions about the Lancaster area. comfortable beds, good size rooms. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast complement is good. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room on both days. Good selection of channels. Refrigerator and microwave in the room.

I stayed at several Marriott brands, including Springhill, but this one does not merit five stars. The personnel were pleasant, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was useful and well-done. The design and construction of the room had some issues for me. Firstly, there were no outlets near the beds or nightstand. That is fundamental in these days. Also, the bathroom vanity was in front of the bed, with no door to shut, so if you need to use the sink at night, you must illuminate the entire bedroom! Lastly, even though they were talking at a normal level, we could hear people in the adjacent rooms due to the thin walls. This is not the fault of the personnel, but I'm aware Marriott has standards that should prevent the 3 issues I have discussed.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. The evac was easy to operate and the staff was professional and helpful. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc., and I didn't want to ever leave. Breakfast was good sausage, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, cereals, juices.
