I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again in a heartbeat! From the moment we arrived, Hugh was so very wonderful! We had a nice suite with 2 beds. They had coffee for us all the time. The valet, Phil, told us about good places to eat. When there was an issue with loud people next to us, Hugh changed our room with no issue at all. I just loved this staff! So accommodating. But one of the most delightful things about our stay was Chris Light. Hugh told us about Chris and his company. Chris or a member of his staff drove us anywhere we wanted to go. He was sweet, kind, funny, efficient, and dressed so nicely. His car was spotlessly clean. This was our first time visiting Baltimore and everything about the experience with this hotel made it wonderful.

Superó mis expectativas, el personal muy amable, el desayuno mucho mejor que en otros hoteles, siempre surtido y variado. El hotel tiene buen mantenimiento, las habitaciones son amplias, la lavandería es un plus! La ubicacion e a muy céntrica, llegas caminando an Inner harbour h varios restaurantes. El único punto a mejorar es la velocidad del elevador pero considerando la antigüedad del hotel y es el elevador original es comprensible
