Clean room, nice staff. I enjoyed very much that they have a gated parking lot but the parking spots are first come first serve so make sure to ask and the location is in the back of the building. They secure it at night so that’s great. If your looking for a simple one night like me and nothing too extra this is your spot but be mindful of the area.

The room was cool for a quick one night trip and having somewhere to sleep! Staff was cool he let us see the room before we paid for it. A few things I didn’t like was there’s no ice machine, no phone, parking first come bases, and no small towels.

La habitación estaba limpia, solo es importante el control de las personas que acceden ya que nos dieron el susto de estar tocando inquietamente en la noche y resulto que era un vagabundo. Esto nos asusto la primer noche, igual seria bueno accesibilidad de idiomas para una mejor cumunicacion.

Nothing bad to say about the staff nor the room itself. We didnt mind the room what really bothered us was the residents that's stay there have no courtesy for others and were screaming and yelling in the middle of the night as well as 5 in the morning making threats to each other and hearing what sounded like a fire arm. We stayed in the room the entire time out of fear. Won't be staying here again and do not recommend. I'm so sorry.

The staff were welcoming, but they have their work cut out for them. The hotel is rather old and worn, and it not in the nicest of neighborhoods. For a guy traveling alone, flying out of Burbank, it was OK for one night. I wish them well.

Place only takes cash. Atm inside did not work had to go across the street to use the atm at a liquor market. Parking is a nightmare. Hotel staff
