Very impressive resort with excellent service. Quite a beautiful, well-maintained resort with lots of activities and restaurants. The front desk staff was fantastic, particularly the doormen. Great pool. Unquestionably where you want a vehicle, but the uber seems very limited in Colorado Springs, and the hotel is not far from anything, although there is a shuttle service to several locations.

This was our fourth visit to the broadmoor, but this was our first with our entire family three couples and four grandchildren, who are all 18 years old. Our replanting was extensive to ensure that everyone got to experience all the activities that were of interest to them and that the kids were active and engaged throughout the weekend. The need to allow enough adults to enjoy the wonderful dining options at the resort was of the utmost importance. We visited the golden bee with the kids one morning, and the la tavern and the summit the following two nights without children. The menus at each restaurant were extremely creative, and our meals were tasty and beautifully presented. The service, as always, was perfect and pleasant. I cannot express how amazing and impressive the broadmoor concierge crew and the childcare services service department. One morning, the childcare director, hampton madmen, helped set up a day camp for the kids so that our son and daughter-in-law could play golf and experience the thrill of playing the broadmoors rock climbing vertical adventure. Hampton also provided two very qualified sitters for the two evenings we ate without the children. The cheyenne mountain zoo unlike any other zoo in the world where the kids can feed the giraffes and have close contact with many other animals. No resort in the us exceeds this chic, breathtaking, and meticulously run resort for a firstclass Fourth of July holiday. Our family has opted for this, and this gem has consistently and consistently far exceeded expectations, even during the pandemic. The stunning location, beautiful facilities, fine dining, and professional and friendly staff make for an idyllic setting for a classic Fourth of July week filled with festivities. To complete our family vacation, we schedule a photo session with the superb photographer mic Garofolo from Broadmoors. With his exquisitely posed photos in this stunning outdoor setting, we can enjoy our familys memories of this paradise until our next visit.

Overall, this is a fantastic property with lots to offer visitors. We had a very difficult time reaching hotel staff before our arrival as our flight was delayed to get in, but after we arrived at our destination, the service was great. Property well-kept. We stayed in the west tower, which is a newer addition to the resort, and it was quite nice. Variety and quality of restaurants were excellent. Cocktails and bartenders were also excellent. My spa experience was pleasant but not necessarily world class. This is a suitable option for couples looking to get away for a few days. We would return to enjoy some of the outdoor activities as well as the resort.

The elegance of Broadmoor is difficult to put into words. We stayed for three nights and did not want to leave. There are several excellent restaurants to choose from as well as a lovely pool area to unwind. We ate on the property every evening and had a great time selecting our menus. The concierge was able to make the reservations for us about a month in advance, which was really helpful with that and other suggestions. The pool was wonderful, and the views were lovely. We anticipate returning to the motel in the upcoming future. The fact that our room's ac wasn't working properly was really the only problem. A bad thermostat is what causes it. It is. We could not fall asleep the first night because of it, so we had a tour we had to leave at 9 am the following morning. When we returned after dinner, it was hot, maintenance arrived and worked on our air conditioning for over an hour, coming twice to our room. We were pretty exhausted from the excursion, but we required some air conditioning! They were unable to fix it, but they claimed they could the next day because the new thermostat was still inoperative. In the meantime, they installed a window unit so we could have cold air. The two guys couldn't have been polite and did their best, I felt. They couldn't have been more courteous and tried to fix the issue that night.

The Broadmoor is a golf resort located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, near the southern edge of the Rocky Mountains, offering an expansive property with a secluded retreat feel. Rates are inclusive of a Resort Fee, and it operates as a non-smoking resort, with a $200 deep cleaning fee applied for smoking in rooms.
