This is a perfect place for 2 people for a visit in Madison, IN. Contactless check-in/check-out was seamless, the room was spotless, parking was available right in front of the building and close to all Madison has to offer. It is similar to a small studio apartment, meaning it does not have a separate bedroom, but is divided by the faux fireplace. One thing we would have liked in the kitchenette would have been a toaster. Other than that, it had what we needed(coffee, microwave, smaller refrigerator). The bathroom is very spacious with double vanities and a very large shower. The building overall is very nicely renovated as is the room.

The Chandler Hotel is amazing—absolutely what we expected based on the photos. The room was super clean & cozy with lots of extras! If you are considering this spot, book it! The location is PERFECT with lots of shopping & dining all around. The host was super responsive. I just can’t say enough about THE CHANDLER! The “best spot” in Madison Indiana!

Incredible boutique hotel! We will be using The chandler as our go to hotel. Incredible furnishings, amenities, and don’t forget to check out their wine and bowling bar. Gorgeous design and love all of their wines plus liquor! Very quaint hotel and town!

We had a great stay - the hotel is absolutely beautiful! Each room was decorated in it's own unique way. Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfy, and the location is perfect to be able to walk to any of the local spots downtown. We loved that the entry door and the rooms had key pads with individual codes - so no need for keeping track of key cards. Highly recommend!

When I booked this stay I noticed that the Chandler Hotel had a rating of 10. My first thought was that I had never seen a place with a rating of 10. Well, guess what. I am giving them a rating of 10. It was a different experience for me. I will start at the beginning. I booked the room and almost immediately I get an email and a text from the Chandler Hotel. The link tells me about the hotel, and I read their rules. They even had me sign my name in agreement. You know, that thing where you use your finger on the screen of your phone and it turns out to not even be close to your signature. Ok part of the procedure was a code to get in the front door and telling me that I had to arrive at a certain time for the code to work. I show up at a proper time. The parking was no problem, and the code worked fine. The lobby was awesome, but I figured I could check it out later. Let's see if I can find my room and get in. No problem at all, the code worked and the room was awesome. All of the detail. It just can't be explained with words and pictures. You have to see it for yourself. If you are reading this review trying to decide if you should pick this hotel. Book the room now. Look no further. You have found it.
