On a fun trip with my brother, we had fun exploring New York. We are both adventurous and older. Retired and looking forward to returning to see the city once more. I stayed at the chateau, which is only a 5-minute walk from Times Square. It is a tiny boutique hotel that is so hidden away that before you step outside the door, you can't hear a sound from the city. The staff is outstanding. Each of them. Doormen, housekeeping, waiters, and concierge employees hello francisco. Both the breakfasts and the rooms, particularly the stunning art deco bathroom, were great. We really felt well taken care of. I cannot express enough positive things. One of the great pleasures of a return visit to the city is staying at the chateau. Everything is close, but the interior is as peaceful as it is outside. A delightful, delightful stay. Highly suggested. Gina and Steve McKinney.

The place is fantastic. The rooms are excellent. Its like traveling back in time when customer service and quality were top priorities. The house is tidy and well thought out. The staff is extremely helpful. Both the lobby bar and restaurant are fantastic. The cost is high, but its worth it for the experience you are getting. Due to its close proximity to the theatres, it is also a fantastic option if you are going to see a show. The only drawback is that there seems to be some unhelpful guests. I saw horrified as a nasty, selfimportant woman dressed down a member of staff because her room wasnt ready while we checked in. To her credit, the staff member smiled at the abuse and continued to offer the woman options. Not many people would have frightened. It simply shows how wonderful these folks are and how wonderful they are running. I would 110 stay here again!.

Since returning from seven wonderful days at the Château Hotel, we have been treated and lavishly. Each member of the staff, especially the front desk, concierge, and doormen, assisted us daily. We received firstrate assistance with tour and show advice and coordinating taxis. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in our room, settling down for a few minutes while we were there. We got to know a number of the kind and excellent waiters and all the wonderful and kind employees at the hotel because it is lovely and serene. We attended every breakfast and attended several dinners at the Lambs Club. Because of the wonderful service provided by the hotel, we were treated like royalty. When we entered this lovely hotel, all of the personnel who work inside the chateau are friendly and attentive. The bed in our huge room with the terrace was excellent, and we requested where we could purchase it because it was so amazing. It is a busy theater district outside, but when you enter this lovely hotel, everything is calm, hospitable, and classy. We were quite pleased with the wonderful compassion we received and the complete response to various inquiries for a different room at one point. On our seven memorial days, we needed some time to unwind. We were able to sleep in our lodging for a few hours. We appreciate the entire staff for making us feel at home and at ease during our extended stay at the chateau. From Robert.

This hotel is lovely and has a good level of service, but neither one is spectacular. The hotel is nice and the level of service is good. The hotel is elegant and recalls a time when luxury was once more commonplace. The entrance level room I was in was adequate in size for what was advertised. The room had just a small window and was lacking natural light. A functional desk and chair made it simple to work. The bathroom was very large compared to the size of the room, with a lovely shower and many high-end toiletries and amenities. The carpets were a little old and rusty generally. Many of the fixtures were worn out in general. Given the room rate, it was disappointing that the rooms lacked many of the more standard equipment found in other upscale hotels such as espresso makers and other. When asked for help, the staff was generally welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the chateau. It is one of the best hotels in New York weve ever stayed in. The Chateau is a stunning boutique hotel in an excellent location with excellent service. The customer service started with a message from the concierge before we arrived and continued with their prompt steps to fix the room's insufficient. They went above and beyond to transport us and our luggage to Itha Avenue and get a taxi for us as we left. The nearby neighborhood is relatively peaceful and uncrowded despite the hotel being just off Times square. We stayed in a large deluxe room with a view of the street and were unbothered by any noise. Unlike many hotels that haven't yet closed their restaurants, there is a great inhouse restaurant and room service available. We stayed in a large deluxe room. It was peaceful, comfortable, and wellappointed, with ample closet and drawer space, nice lighting, and bed linen. They have added electrical outlets to each bedside table. However, the piece was missing from one table in our room. I brought it to their attention, and it was replaced within hours. The bathroom had a dual vanity, a toto bidet toilet, and a large deadhead shower that doesn't leak water onto the floor. It was all good things about the bathroom, which featured strange designer sinks that are a nightmare
