My partner and I are here for a longer stay and paid in advance. We are such laidback and respectful guests that I could even understand that perhaps they forgot we were even here? In our experience, there is virtually no housekeeping here. Should we have to call to ask why no one came by to vacuum, change the sheets, or offer clean towels in a week and a half? Do hotels really have plungers? I dont expect any of these things on a dual basis, but a weekly minimum would be rather appreciated. Ok, so I understand that couid limited breakfast that includes snacks, and also quite limited to snack pastries and active yogurt yum! I am overall content with these things, but why are the clerks so busy that they can not put any of that stuff out more than half the time, especially when they dont appear to be cleaning rooms? Or perhaps they forgot we were here since that seems to be a thing that occurs in hotels, I suppose? My fiance was even told to take the yogurts out because he arrived in the lobby just before the hour that they supposedly stopped serving it. Yet they leave these items out in plain view when they can actually afford to replenish them. Then laugh as he walks away after returning the 50 yogurts he seem to be a gatekeeper.
