The property was beautifully maintained and parking was plentiful. There were plenty points of access to emter without having to walk too far. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and kept well stocked and the staff was courteous and helpful. Although the pool was closed, one of the main reasons I'd booked the room there, the clerk at check in (Angie)called the neighboring property (Home2Suites) and asked them to allow us access to their pool, which they did and were also very courteous. Clean rooms, plentiful stocks of towels and cups in the room.

All was excellent except I couldn't get the thermostat to work. It kept cooling and the only way that I could stop it was by turning it off. I reported it to the front desk but they couldn't fix it either. I will still stay there in the future.

My wife and I were very pleased with how friendly the staff treated us. I reported via text that our shower head needed to be replaced and it was replaced by the time we got back from our day. While housekeeping did not clean our room everyday, they provided towels, etc. promptly at our request. We took advantage of the breakfast everyday. It was well prepared and delicious. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely come back the the "Tru".

The room and hotel were clean. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was a little disappointing according to my teen son, but would still stay here again if passing through.

My sister and I lost power due to a tornado last Thursday so we got a room at Tru. It was our first time staying there but it won’t be our last. This hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk even gave us a tour before we got our room. The pool was nice and surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast was very delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone!
