Im happy with the rooms and the surroundings. Friendly staff. There is no way to get hot water to make some tea (expected microwave).

I arrived late so for what i needed it was ok. Not the worst and not the best. I left early so it served its purpose but Im not sure i would stay there again or for an extensive time.

Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy

Ac was great, they have a minor roach and prostitution issue, couldn’t sleep without hearing them “working” or waiting outside for people every night.

Friendly staff at this no frills hotel. The room had clean sheets on a comfy bed, mini-fridge & microwave. I watched the NCAA tournament during my down time. Neighbors were friendly. Conveniently located across the street from Waffle House, Shoney's, and lot's of restaurants. Very close to airport and highways so very easy to get to all of the local attractions. I like to camp so my needs are simple and I was able to rest comfortably at a low price.

I reserved a double bed room over a month before trip.when i got there it took them a while to get me into a room then didnt even have a double bed that i reserved.luckily the extra people didnt go or we wouldnt have enough beds that i paid for in the first place.

Didnt like anything but the price....found roaches in my room in addition to a bunch of tweekers outside in the parking lot. Not a very safe location or a sanitary one at that. I went out and bought cleaning supplies to make sure it was clean.

really what you paid is what you get, Not CLEAN at ALL!! if you looking for cheap hotel Yes it is good ! but the rooms are not clean at all. It's a VERY VERY VERY OLD place, i can guarantee you they never changed anything in the room since they started. The receptionist is super friendly
