Check-in was not too smooth because Hotels.com did not pass critical information to the hotel so they could send via text how to check in. Room was large and true to the historical character of Bisbee, AZ.

Lovely restoration of a historical property. Very helpful staff as Expedia dropped the ball by not sending check in instructions at any point in the transaction. We stayed in a lovely suite with a private bath. Parking was easy. Shopping and exploring are steps away. I look forward to my next stay. Highly recommend.

This is a really nice hotel that has been beautifully restored over the past few years. Each of the rooms is unique in character and the staff are super friendly. It is easily walkable to shops and restaurants and there is parking nearby. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally clean, modern suite. Very friendly staff altho there is not staff on site 24 hours (not needed really). Great location - on little backstreet, but parking spaces provided. Nice & very convenient coffee shop in lobby area which was great since there are very few breakfast choices in Bisbee these days. This is a cool remodel of an old, very Bisbee, building. Only caution is that access may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Fun and comfortable place.

The parking would be my only complaint. The text with directions was helpful and nice but the parking was difficult. Bisbee is small so I know that pretty much every place of business has this same issue. The hotel was amazing. Very beautiful comfortable and welcoming will definitely stay again.

Open gravel parking. Many stairs or sharp slope drive to get into hotel, but that's Bisbee all over. I on second floor, 35 steps inside hotel. No elevator. Itby far the best and newest hotel inold town. All the main shop virtually outside the hotel door. Unbelievably renovation to 100 year old building. Cafe and common/garden area extremely comfortable and relaxing with inside fountain.

The hotel is really gorgeous, very well renovated. Spacious rooms. The downstairs coffee is beautiful and convenient and can be used as common room in the evening which is fantastic.

This was our second stay here and it was as amazing as our first. This is now our go to hotel when in Bisbee. The rooms are very clean and beautifully upgraded, the staff is so kind and helpful and the coffee at Earl's is the best! Can't recommend this place enough!!
