Dogs displaying aggressive behavior are not permitted to stay on the property, including breeds not listed above. Excessive barking that disturbs other guests is not permitted. If a dog displays aggressive behavior or causes excessive disturbance, the guest may be required to make alternative arrangements for the dog outside the property.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. A valid government‑issued photo ID is required at check-in.
Guests with pets must contact the property directly to check the restrictions regarding the size and number of pets.

The minimum age required to check in is 21 years.
The property allows up to two dogs per room or suite. Other types of animals are not permitted on the property, except service animals in accordance with the applicable service animal policy.

A dog must not weigh more than 60 pounds. If two dogs are staying in the same room or suite, their combined weight must not exceed 60 pounds. Each dog must not exceed 36 inches in length or height.

A mandatory, non-refundable pet fee of USD 150 per reservation, plus applicable taxes, applies to dogs declared at check-in. An additional penalty of USD 150 per reservation, plus applicable taxes, applies to dogs that are not declared at check-in and are later found in the room or suite.

Dogs must be supervised by a guest or kept in a crate at all times while in the room or suite. Housekeeping will not service the room or suite if a dog is left unattended or is not properly crated when housekeeping service is provided.

Dogs must be kept on a leash and under the handler’s control when outside the room or suite and elsewhere on the property.

Designated dog-relief areas may be available for guests’ convenience. If no designated area is available, guests must take their dogs outside the property’s public areas for relief. Dogs are not permitted to relieve themselves in public areas.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. If a dog damages a surface or causes staining or soiling of fabric or carpet beyond normal cleaning or repair, additional charges may apply. Charges will be assessed based on the type and extent of the damage.

The following dog breeds are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Keeshond, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, and Staffordshire Terrier. Mixes of these breeds are also not permitted. Other dog breeds may be restricted at the property’s discretion.
A new restaurant called Villa Italiano Chophouse has been newly opened in the property.
A pet dog must not exceed 60 pounds or, in the case two pet dogs, they must not exceed 60 pounds in combined total weight. Height and length restrictions apply to pet dogs- they can no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.
Emotional support animals are not allowed other than dogs.
IMPORTANT UPDATE | Restaurant Closures & Grand Opening The following restaurants will be closed PERMANENTLY commencing April 21st, 2025: Drafts Sport Bar & Grille Villa Italiano These two restaurants have served hundreds of thousands of guests over the years and have been an essential part of what makes Westgate Vacation Villas and Town Center the greatest timeshare resort in the world.
As we move forward, it is an honor to begin a new chapter with you all as we welcome Sid’s American Kitchen as our newest, full-service restaurant concept to our F&B family. Sid’s will not only pay homage to our past by continuing to serve some of our guest’s favorites from our Villa Italiano & Drafts menu while adding new flavors and flair to accentuate our food and beverage options for the future. Sid’s American Kitchen will have its GRAND OPENING on May 1st.
While we await for the grand opening of our newest restaurant addition, Los Amigos will have the following hours of operation during the absence of Villa Italiano & Drafts. Los Amigos Dates: April 21st - April 30th Hours: 12pm - 9pm EVERYDAY.
Los Amigos will resume back to their regular hours once Sid’s American Kitchen opens.
