Room was outdated. WiFi wasn’t working so we couldn’t use the Roku TV without using my personal hotspot. Ants in the room- not many but definitely noticeable. Sink in bathroom didn’t drain well. Window in bathroom was broken. This was a pet friendly room & it definitely showed. It was clean but the floors were pretty stained. We were only here for 2 days so it was fine but not sure I’d want to stay longer.

The sheets and room were relatively clean, but there are no minimally useful curtains. The light at night is no joke, as if it was daylight, and the flimsy and broken venetians did nothing. Being carton and tape with you.

So with this Hotel it was all about prce...i didnt need a pool or hot tub for this trip...it was all about location...could walk acroos the street to the boardwalk....could walk to numorous restiraunts...so the GOOD location...sheets were clean on the bedding..could walk not drive to many places...the BAD...no microwave....parking is very tight....the towels they have are small...i have a 32 inch waist and had to hold it in place...maid service did a poor job sweeping the room befor we got there with trash from prior people and floors could have been moped to try and remove some staining from the floor...shower curtains could be longer...seems like the bathroom floor was just as wet and could cause a slip hazard...dont get me wrong i have been in some dumps and this is not one...its a decent place to crash and allow the difference of money to cover a dinner out or two....now that the season will soon be starting they need a good maintenance person for some simple repairs and painting... and who ever they hire to clean the rooms needs to do there job. There was some light mold behind the toilet and shower ceiling...maid service could wipe the walls in trouble areas with an antimicrobial spray and wipe....use some fabuloso to mop the floors to have a sence of clean as you open the door...

The bed was clean and there were no bugs, but the bar was literally on the ground with this one. The room was tiny, im okay with small but it was literally a walk-in closet, bathroom was dusty, the shower curtain was too small so water would flood everywhere when showering. No phone in rooms, the ceiling was unclean, and there was a hole under the door so it didnt fully keep anything out. The outdoor light was BRIGHT and stayed on all night, and there were no curtains to keep it out of the room. Theres only a small lock on the door knob, no dead bolt, and we had to check in at the motel next door. Parking fee is not included in booking, it was $15 a night. Not to mention there isnt even a drop box for keys and we couldnt get ahold of the office when we had to leave early in the morning. Would not recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.

Besides normal wear and tear and obvious previous flooding signs in room. That wasn’t the issue. Didn’t even bother me the lamp was rusted to hell and back. (Wouldn’t trust the outlet in lamp) The real issue was daily cleanliness in-between people who check in and out not cosmetic. Upon arrival: 1) Bathroom mirror soiled, tooth paste spit all over it 2) Comforter dried bodily fluids stains on top. 3) Floors not clean 4) Dresser drawers trash all through them. 5) Window left open 6) Bathroom window screen is cut out of it. 7) Toilet brush sitting outside our door. If you don’t want to or can’t clean. you should hire a company to do it for you. If you’re paying a cleaner, they should be retrained or fired.

Refrigerator didn’t work at first found out you have to turn knob inside it to turn on, parking was $20 that wasn’t on site when booking, and door didn’t have deadbolt or latch, wasn’t happy for security

The place is so outdated. It reminds you of something from the 70s the cracks around the doors let the cold air blow in so bad had to get extra towels to plug them. The mattress must be original to the building from 1970. The deck was so sticky outside it about pulled your shoe off. It’s a shame. The location is nice. Just needs updated.

The place was filthy, the pillows were dirty and stained with mold the room was smelling like mold, the refrigerator was rusted and barely working the bathroom hinges and door knobs all rusty. The front door knob was loose and wobble. The window had no curtains only blinds and lights outside property were on all night made hard to sleep with bright lights on, the ac was very loud each time it turned on. There was no water in the room the next afternoon after checking in. You could hear everything from the outside and next door guests. The price is extremely high for this place which is very nice, neither is ocean front. This is by far the worst experience I have had staying at a hotel. I never give feedback to places I stayed at but this one is total ripped off. I wished I had read the reviews before booking my stay but unfortunately didn’t spend the time to do so. So disappointing for the price I paid almost a $1k for 3 days

I arrived to the room and immediately noticed the overpowering smell of what seemed like Lysol and pest spray. The blanket on the bed felt like it had a film on it. The bathroom was atrocious....feces stains still in the toilet and very large dirty spots all over the mirror....much too large to give the benefit of the doubt that staff could have missed it. Finally (and worst of all), the room was not secure. When I closed the door behind me and locked it, you could see a sizable amount of daylight through the door. An average person could easily kick that door in with one attempt. At this point, I told the staff I did not need the room any more. He was extremely polite and professional and seemed to know the state of the room was unacceptable. He offered to reimburse me for the two nights. I realize the room was a very low rate, however I expect the room to at least be clean and safe for use.
