This is a very nice place , all new . Felt very safe and located in a nice area . There are several good food options within walking distance , as well as a Winn-Dixie where you can buy groceries and cook a meal in your room . Very nice place and I will return !!!

A great location with some good eating places within an easy walk. The room was fine. However, I thought this place was over-priced ($156) considering there was no breakfast and no pool. I didn't realize until I checked in that this was a bare-bones extended stay place with no amenities other than a small fitness center. The front desk agent acted as though it was unusual for someone to be there for only one night. Mostly my fault for not reading the description before I booked -- I just assumed that most hotels at this price point would offer breakfast. Even hotels in the $100-$125 range offer breakfast and a pool.

Hotel was nice! I believe it to be a newer property; still have the new smell to it. Clean hotel, friendly staff and good pricing. Located on the east side of Orlando far from attractions but close enough if you prefer not to be amongst other tourist. Highway 50 takes you directly into downtown and has access to I-4 if you want to avoid the many toll roads in Orlando. The thing that was weird about my room is that none of the power outlets worked once the lights were turned out. I’ve never seen anything like that before. I noticed the clock was blinking when I entered the room but didn’t quite understand why, nor did it bother me because I have my own devices for time. Needless to say, overnight charging of my phone, iPad and watch was never completed due to the power going out as I slept. Small thing I guess, but strange to say the least.

The property was a new property clean, air conditioning was great , laundry room was great had enough machines. Staff was nice. The only problem I had encountered was the last two days of my trip there was no hot water!!!!! I did not enjoy taking a cold shower it wasn’t pleasant. Then had the nerve too charge me $7.95 for WiFi as I was checking out. Where’s the great customer service? I was expecting for the hotel to waive the fee of the WiFi for the inconvenience of not having hot water for two days NOW that would’ve been Great Customer Service!!!!

Air conditioning was okay, just took a few hours to fully cool down. Place was clean, staff were friendly, although amenities were minimal (example: no hand towels).

Kind of a sketchy area, many homeless people in the bushes while walking the dog early in the morning. No ice. Asked for extra towels (they only provide 2) and was told “I’ll have to check your account”. Beds are very cheap, on “feet” so they move around a LOT. Walls are very thin, I could hear the guests phone vibrating in the room next door. Overall too pricey for what you get. Won’t stay again, but, needed something and they were the only place within my price range.

The place is for long term. Lots of drug abusers loitering around. I must have missed extended stay. You have to take your own trash out. Smelled like lab work. Slept fully clothed. Never, ever, ever again. Would love to have money back.
