The hotel overall is good, the staffs are kindly. One thing is Expedia has mentioned the incorrect hotel address let me waste time and waste money to find the hotel. I have told the Hotel staff regarding the hotel address information is incorrect, he said that he has no idea why Expedia why mention the wrong address. He can not changed the Expedia provide information. Suggest the user after booking, confirm with hotel again.

Very sweet young people on the reception. They speak some English, not really enough... One of them speaks better English, then the others and it seems he tries to be there to help his colleagues. Breakfast is nice, great fresh watermelon on the days of my stay. Other than that, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, very tasty pastries, baked fresh. Food is tasty and fresh, mostly homemade. It happened that electricity would turn off and sometimes water too, but they really try to fix it right the way. With the internet it was hard to understand how it works, I guess the signal was stronger when the majority of people would be asleep or not in the hotel. Sometimes it wouldn’t connect, but it was enough to do some work. The location of this hotel is great for the people that need to stay close to the airport. With the taxi app the ride is extremely cheap. I used YandexGo, otherwise without the app out of the airport you going to pay 10 times more. To me Merci Hotel was a pleasant place to stay - my room was clean. The carpet is not new in the hotel, so it may look not neat. Overall, I would definitely come back when I need the hotel close to the airport.

Very nice little hotel. Their staff was helpful and friendly. Not much variety in breakfast but overall, very nice hotel for not really demanding customers.

The front desk staff were so helpful each day. Breakfast was good. Our obly complaint was the very dirty carpets in the halls and bedroom. It made everything else seem dirty, too. Location was really convenient for us. In general, i would recommend.

I booked Merci Hotel in the morning for check-in that afternoon, short notice after needing to change travel plans. I booked for 8 nights, but only stayed one night. The map on the Hotels.com listing was incorrect. I booked in part because of the location. The estimated taxes to be paid at the property by Hotels.com was also incorrect. The young lady at reception was helpful and allowed me to check in early, patiently using Google Trans. The room was generally clean, except that the trash in the bathroom had not been removed from the previous guest; and the mini-fridge was dirty and in need of defrosting. The WiFi was too slow for me to join virtual work meetings. I would have dealt with these things and stayed, but ultimately I did not feel safe as a solo woman traveler. There was no way to lock the room from the inside. I was assured by the young lady at reception that the door could only be opened with a card key, so it should be fine. The next morning, after I had already decided to leave because I was not happy with this arrangement, a male staff opened the door with a card key without knocking. He mistook the room and was apologetic, but still-- totally unacceptable. Unfortunately, I had paid in full by credit card when I made the booking. Neither Merci Hotel nor Hotels.com would seriously talk with me about a refund, each saying I need to go through the other. Lesson learned-- will be much more cautious before using Hotels.com again.

The hotel’s location and the receptionist were two positive aspects of our stay. However, the hotel does not have an elevator. The air conditioner did not work properly. Our room had a window, but it was broken, so we couldn’t open it fully. The carpet was filthy, and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly; there were fake eyelashes in the sink.
