Nice room, I opted for a balcony, which gave me a great view of the public square and the beach. People walk to the beach from here just in bathing suits. There is a fabulous restaurant just across the street. If I ever come back to Vietnam, this is my go-to place!

Замечательный отель. Каждый год отдыхаем во Вьетнаме. Поэтому, есть с чем сравнить. Все очень хорошо. Особенно, хотелось отметить добро желательно отношение всего персонала. И администраторы на рецепшен, и горничные и служащие в ресторане. Все искренне дружелюбны и внимательны. У меня создалось впечатление, что работа с обслуживающим персоналом ведётся очень грамотно.

The location is right off the main road and close to the attractions and all the facilities and facilities that nha rang has to offer. But the room was clean and had a balcony with a stunning view of the ocean.

This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, street food, and stores, and an average breakfast. The front desk staff member is undoubtedly the best part of this hotel, she is T. Thu ha. She was incredibly courteous, helpful, lovely, and most importantly, she understood everything we asked for her, which is something we cannot say about her colleagues. She is the standout of the boss hotel. Now, on to the negatives, the staff members need serious training in guest service, starting with basic things like saying hello, thank you, or at least. During check-out, we had a very unpleasant encounter when the receptionist took my passport and told us he would only return it if we paid the 30 deposit. Credit card was not accepted by them. So we went out to withdraw cash, and when we returned, he informed us we had to pay for the entire room in advance because he would not return the passport. The biggest issue is hot water, sometimes there is no hot water at all, sometimes it is only for 5 minutes. The photo in other places resemble nothing. Never mind the 4 stars it advertises itself to be. The room is not soundproof, you can hear every noise on the street, the bathrooms are old, rusty, and smell, and the windows are filthy. The hotel needs serious renovations and staff training because it is nowhere near the ads

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We stayed here for 3 nights in September and was very disappointed. The location is ideally located next to the beach. The rooms are very clean, with a large size and a tidy. The only drawbacks are the personnel is not pleasant. The pool is small but appears to be better in the photo, and the housekeeping will wake you up every morning at 7 am because they have a storage room there. When we went out to them, there were 4 of them putting together sheets. They told us to be quiet, but they still kept talking to us loudly. When we attempted to check out, they wanted us to pay for a glass chip, but we didn't even touch it.

A very good location, a very comfortable room, and excellent value for money. Buffet breakfast, although not much western food. seemed to be popular with groups of Russians, Chinese, and Koreans. The receptionist Selena was quite helpful when we checked out. The check-in experience could have been better. During our stay, they wanted to keep our passports but we did not agree with that and asked them to copy it. Located in an alley full of cheap food, massages, and convenience stores.

I stayed at Boss hotel twice as I had to extend my stay. The first room was small and didn’t have space to open 3 suitcases, even though it was a room for 3 people, with 1queen bed and one single bed. I booked a bigger room the second time and this room had more space, which was more comfortable, however the 2 beds in the room were more like king single beds, which were small to sleep 2 people (this room was meant to sleep 4 people. Both rooms had balconies with ocean views, which were lovely. The location was great as it was a few mins walk from the beach and lots of restaurants just outside the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially Son who helped me with my questions for tours.
