Highly recommended! Fantastic experience! The rooms were lovely and roomy! Housekeeping was a little lacking, but my girlfriend freaked out when i noticed smudges on the balcony glass door at night. For the two and hr half days of their stay there, they remained unclean. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. They speak excellent english and are very easy to communicate with. We were able to free tickets to fansipan. Excellent location for exploring nearby attractions like cat village!.

We were given a spacious tworoom suite with only one bathroom. The kids loved having their own room and tv, which was heavily used because it kept us indoors. There was incredibly beautiful scenery of the mountains and valley from the master bedroom. A huge rainforest shower head was in the bathroom as well. Although the hotel is nascent from town, it is peaceful, but there are plenty of dining options within stepping distance.

In terms of hospitality, this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at. Ms. Ha was a wonderful host. She was clearly not just money grab, but rather genuine in suggesting places to visit. We chose to book ms ha guides for mount fanipan through her, and when the weather turned unfavorable, she went above and beyond by offering recompense. This gesture impressed me because many places would simply keep their money without saying no. On the day of our climb up mount fansipak, masha made judiciously by preparing sandwiches for us in the early hours when it wasnt yet open. When we returned from the trek, they offered utmost assistance with lukewarm laundry service, which was generous given the condition of all of them. Since we were due to depart for sapa shortly after, it proved to be quite helpful. Additionally, before we left Sapa on the same day, miss ha extended her late checkout, so we could return to our room for soaking and resting before leaving for Sapaka that same morning. I am genuinely grateful for her excellent service and am very impressed. A big thank you to her for making our stay truly memorable. The restaurants and massage parlors are less than

We made the incorrect reservation, but when we arrived, the staff was accommodating and willing to accommodate our stay. We were even able to receive a free upgrade to our room. Since we came at sweltering time of year, having gotten bottled beverages for free was quite pleasant.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the moutain. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they support us to check in quickly and check out late. Buffet is not too much, but it has an amazing view and delicious chicken noodle. I hope to return soon.

The only drawback is that the hotel is currently under renovation, so there is a draft that makes the room cold. I also wanted to try their spa service, but it was closed during my stay. The staff was fantastic and always willing to help with whatever you needed. Breakfast was delicious - more like if you were at supper with dozens of meats, breads or soups for example, vegetables, eggs, and fruits. When it got foggy, i did get reassurances about the lovely view from the accommodation.

All the staff at the front desk were very helpful and serviceoriented. The breakfast was excellent. Room was large and had a good view of the valley. Just that the renovation was ongoing but if you dont mind, it was worth the price for the 4 of us.

The room appeared to be very nice, but it was filthy. We were asked to sign the checkin form in vietnamese, which we declined because we didnt want to do so by signing something we couldnt read. The staff was helpful in keeping our luggage overnight and letting us change. Breakfast is very Asian. I cleaned the dirt off the bathroom floor photo.

This hotel is truly exceptional! The staff is exceptionally friendly and the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast provided is exceptional, featuring both western continental and authentic vietnamese flavors. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking views from the cafe on the top floor, offering a serene and unwinding experience without being in the heart of the city center yet conveniently located near various attractions. Additionally, there are pleasant bars and restaurants nearby, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for your travels.

I had researched many hotels and was skeptical of online photos, but the room, cafe, and breakfast had amazing views! Short walk from the bus stop in hanoi. Further away from crowded squares, yet i enjoyed it because you can become overtaken by the noise. All the shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The room and bathroom were clean. Ac was great and cold. Bed and sheets were comfortable and clean as well. Construction was happening across the street, however, the hotel and room were unexpectedly quiet. Breakfast was standard, although it was free with reservation and saved us the trouble of finding food. Massages were more expensive and satisfactory. It is probably better to go outside the motel because it offers the same benefits for a lower price. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We didnt want to track into the clean hotel so the doorman even washed our filthy shoes. Would stay here again!.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Our room had an amazing view. We always look forward to having breakfast with vistas of fansipan. Sun Plaza, where you can purchase tickets and take the monorail to the cable car station to fansinip, is within walking distance of this good location. The staff is helpful and kind. They allowed us to check out late and upgraded us.

The hotel boasts a stunning mountain outlook. The staff provides excellent customer service and is friendly. Each room was spacious, spotless, and cozy. They would always serve you hot apple cinnamon honey tea when you were at the front desk due to the cold weather.

The hotel was fantastic. We reserved a deluxe room, which was quite roomy and spotless. The bed was cozy and pleasant. It was also breathtaking to see the mountains. Room service was excellent and really made the room feel fresh. Our only complaint was that the hot water wasnt hot enough and the water pressure in the rain shower was low. If i ever visit sapa again, ill stay there again.

The location looks neglected, which is probably due to the covid period. And jangan percaya banyak reviews dekat sini. We could see the mountains from our family room, and it was only a short walk to many restaurants.

There is no spa or sauna, the breakfast menu has a very limited selection of fruits and there is also no fresh bread. The room is fine, clean and comfortable. Also friendly and nice staff.

The hotel offers stunning mountain views and a few terraces. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered countless options. Although the room is tinier than expected given the weather, this is to be expected. Unfortunately, taxis are occasionally unable to enter because the area is currently under heavy construction for the water main. It was not ideal that we had to carry our luggage for 10 minutes from the main road to get to the hotel because sapas roads were constantly wet and poorly maintained. However, it wasnt their fault for building, so the motel still receives 5 stars!.

The room is neat and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Food was delicious and the view of the mountains was very beautiful. Location is good - you can shop for amazing shoes and nice jackets and dont forget to buy rice jewels in the mountain.
