Saya memesan kamar di sini selama 1 malam, kamarnya memiliki pemandangan yang bagus, lumayan, tapi fasilitasnya kurang. Sebagai gantinya, Pak Hng melakukan check-in dan check-out dengan sangat baik, sikap pelayanannya juga baik.

The checkin process took a very long time and there was no seating area available while we waited. The checkin desk was hidden in a corner and difficult to find. The staff were unfriendly and didnt respond when we tried to speak with them. The elevator requires a key card and they gave us only one, even though the booking was for four people. This made it very difficult for us to move around the hotel as a family and they refused to give us an extra card. Also, there was no staff to help with luggage, so we had to carry everything ourselves.

Hotel ini memiliki dua kamar tidur dengan pemandangan laut, ruang tamu di 711, dan teras dengan pemandangan kelas satu! Kamar-kamarnya bersih dan dua toilet. Saya pasti akan menyewa lagi lain kali! Staf pria yang bekerja di Layanan Hung adalah yang terbaik, dia berdedikasi dan membantu dalam segala hal, sangat luar biasa!

Staf sangat kasar dan responsnya lambat. Dan kunci pintu rusak sehingga mereka tidak dapat memperbaikinya, dan orang-orang dan anak-anak terkunci di rumah selama lebih dari satu jam. Jika hanya ada anak-anak, itu akan menjadi masalah besar. Dan bahkan ketika saya menghubungi mereka melalui Zalo, KAKAOTALK, aplikasi, dll. Tidak ada tanggapan. Ketika saya meminta mereka untuk menemukan barang yang saya tinggalkan, mereka tidak menjawab dan hanya mengatakan tidak ada apa-apa. Jadi ketika saya kembali untuk menghubungi mereka, mereka hanya membuat alasan dan tidak menanggapi secara aktif. Bahkan ketika saya memposting ulasan keluhan di aplikasi, ulasannya tidak muncul, jadi saya memposting ulasan di sini dengan harapan orang lain tidak mengalami hal yang sama seperti saya. Sulit untuk mempercayai ulasan aplikasi.

Kamar bersih dan nyaman, dilengkapi dengan dapur dan mesin cuci, sehingga nyaman untuk menginap dalam waktu yang lama. Kekurangannya adalah pelayanannya. Rasanya seperti banyak orang bekerja di meja depan, tetapi hampir tidak ada interaksi nyata dengan tamu. Mereka menulis ke obrolan, membaca pesan, tetapi merespons dengan lambat atau mengabaikannya sama sekali. Misalnya, tidak ada yang mengatakan Anda boleh membuang sampah sendiri.
