Value for money. The hotel staff are friendly. The room is clean. They offer hot tea or coffee every time we come back from outside. The hotel manager is proactive and helpful in booking tours.

We had a pleasant stay in hanoi. Thank you to mr. Tu, mr. Bevis, and the entire hotel staff. They are incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent. The service is excellent all around. The location is advantageous, and many attractions are within walking distance.

Tu and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and very convenient to get around. In the old quarters. Lots of places to eat, lots of places to see and easy to get a grab taxi, bike or car. There are many pharmacies if you need medicine. I will be back on my next trip.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, with lots of food and good fruit, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mr. Tu booked us a trip to halong bay, which was beautiful. I recommend it. The area is busy, with lots of people, lots of bars, coffee shops and other things to see.

We stayed here in April for our honeymoon, and it truly is as good as all the previous reviews say. We stayed in a suite room and it was worth every penny of the splurge. Airport pickup was prompt, clean, and well drive. Breakfast was amazing and the staff couldnt be more helpful.

Hotel ini terletak sangat bagus di kawasan tua Hanoi dekat Katedral, semuanya dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Kamarnya bersih, luas dan dilengkapi dengan AC dan kulkas. Mereka sangat peduli dan akomodatif (mereka setuju untuk menyimpan tas kami secara gratis selama 2 hari saat kami pergi bertamasya). Sarapannya banyak dan beragam (sup, nasi, bacon, telur, roti, dan selai). Sedikit bising, tapi terkait dengan penggunaan klakson yang berlebihan di jalan Alamat yang perlu diingat.

Kamarnya nyaman, bersih dan indah. Stafnya sangat antusias, terutama resepsionis bernama Nhi yang berbicara beberapa bahasa, bisa berbahasa Mandarin dan Inggris. Saya merasa dengan dia, orang asing yang datang ke sini akan jauh lebih nyaman dan nyaman. Yang paling mengesankan adalah ruang sarapannya, didekorasi dengan gaya yang tenang. Duduk di sana sambil sarapan terasa seperti menyatu dengan sibuknya jalanan di luar.

Street and location are great; close to cathedral, lake and old quarter but still not as overrun as some neighboring streets. Manager and personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok; kitchen is a bit small so choices are limited. But not bad.
