Hotel ini kecil tapi bersih. Cukup nyaman untuk bepergian. Satu-satunya downside adalah hotel tidak memiliki lift, yang akan menyulitkan keluarga dengan anak kecil atau orang tua.

The place is not clean and wellequipped. But considering the price, thats probably normal. The staff responds well and politely. I stayed in a dorm with 3 beds on the 3 rd floor.

The location is in the old quarter. The bed is comfortable and the ac is good. The staff are very helpful with everything from tours to restaurants and help with sim cards. I highly recommend this place when in hanoi.

First of all, the most noticeable quality was how amazing the staff were. From arrival to departure, the staff, from Lisa who runs the place to the day and night shifts, were all amazing. Above and beyond what was expected. Suggesting places to go. Helping us book events and on the go advice when visiting hanoi. Lisa was so great that she even gave us her whatsapp to help whenever we needed her. She has been one of my favorite people in hanoi. The rooms were larger than most ive stayed in hanoi. Clean as well. The only downside was the lack of natural light, but it was compensated by good lighting in the room. The price was better than most, with much more to offer. Overall, an amazing experience even when we were not staying at the hostel. The staff were very friendly!.

The location was excellent, the room was roomy and tidy, and the service was excellent! Everyone who looked after us was amiable and extremely helpful, including ms. Lisa. I wholeheartedly endorse it!.

A nice, affordable place to stay. The downside is that there is no elevator, so you have to climb quite a few stairs. Each room has a refrigerator and television. There is no kettle. There is no free coffee or tea. It is centrally located. Nice restaurants. Maison 1929, a new restaurant, opened on the corner. The food is good. A bit expensive but worth it. There is an ice cream shop across the street. A vietnamese sandwich shop a few doors down.

The dorm room was dimly lit and infested with cockroaches. And the triple bunk bed not that good to climb especially for the top one. But if you are on a budget, this is probably the best location in the old quarter. That and its cheap are the only reasons to book it.

This hostel helped me while i was suffering from food poisoning, and they were very helpful! They allowed me to check in early and even brought me some refreshments. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I heartily endorse this establishment. The proprietor, ms. Lisa, will go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best possible experience in Hanoi. She was incredibly kind from the moment i arrived until days after i left when i had queries about the surrounding areas of hanoi.

Lokasinya bagus, kamarnya bersih, sangat tenang di malam hari dan layanan binatu sangat cepat dan murah. Namun, hal terbaik tentang asrama adalah stafnya. Sangat ramah, membantu, dan akomodatif. Saya merasa sangat nyaman dan terpelihara. Saya memesan Halong Bay Cruise dan kereta malam saya ke Da Nang dengan mereka dan semuanya bekerja dengan sempurna. Terima kasih banyak, saya pasti akan kembali!

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city and taking tours. Although the personnel were incredibly friendly, they do make an effort to obtain as much money as possible from you. I agreed with it because i can occasionally sacrifice a few usd dollars to assist others in less fortunate circumstances. However, if you cant afford a couple of usd dollars, just be polite and say no. Its just for business, not personal.
