口コミに、スパは無料って書いてあったがそれは違くて25万ドンのオフになるだかだったので利用しなかった。プールがかなり深くて大きいのでたくさん泳げました。朝ごはんは、洋食メインでベトナム料理は半分くらいしかなかったけど充分種類がありました。

What a find. There are so many hotels to choose from we felt very lucky to find this one. From the time we arrived we felt so welcome and looked after, staff were brilliant. Thank you. The hotel was so lovely and had a really great mix of old and new, French and Vietnamese. The pool area provided relief from the hot sun with lots of shade and lounges spread in and out of the sun. Our room was so comfortable and large with a lovely little balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet had delicious spread with lots to choose from. The roof top bar with the happy hour was excellent with amazing views and incredible sunsets. We very much look forward to returning soon.

We were greeted upon arrival with a refreshing drink and wet towel. The following morning we met Chloe who gave us some tip about the area and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room, which was even more spacious and luxurious than the one before. The staff were all attentive and kind, nothing was too much trouble. They helped with booking tickets, trips, transfers etc. The hotel is just minutes walk from old town and night market. The area was very safe, just be wary of the traffic. I would highly recommended this hotel for standards, service and location. Special thanks to Chloe and her team 🙏

Skønt hotel, ligger gå afstand til Old Town. Ligger ud til vej men ikke noget man bemærker når man bor på værelset. Og vi havde værelse mod vejen. Man kan låne cykler på hotellet. Det ligger tæt på rismarker og andre hyggelige små veje.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at Stayed 6 nights here found the facilities fantastic by every measurement fantastic Superb pool area scrumptious breakfast and wonderfully located While all these aspects are great it is the staff that set it apart Chloe Rachel and Alice made the stay so memorable. The staff were all so amazing - very helpful and anticipatory of our needs. We were a group of 25 for a teambuilding activity and they facilitated our check in so smoothly as well as the rest of our stay till check-out. Chloe, the manager, did an excellent job in managing our stay from briefing us about what we needed to know upon checkout and what we may need in Joi An as well as other trhings throughout our stay. We recommend this hotel to work teams who want to bond well.

The hotel is a beautiful looking hotel,the pool area is picturesque. We had a room overlooking the pool with a small balcony . The rooftop bar was lovely to have a drink on and enjoy the view watching the sunset. All the staff were lovely especially Susan,who would always check everything was okay with us. The hotel is in a convenient location, it was about a ten minute walk into the Old Town. There were plenty of restaurants and massage salons close by. There was plenty of choices at breakfast.

Her dedication and pride in her work went far beyond expectations, and the standard of housekeeping is exactly why I will return to this hotel.
