My wife and i, along with our mother and aunt, have two children. 4 adults and two kids, 1 yo and 5 ayrs. Except for the day before the checkout day and the checkout day, things will be fantastic. We stayed in two rooms, 210 and 212, my wife was staying in room 212, and my motherinlaw and her aunt remained in Room 207 on saturday evening around 11 p. M. I could legitimately sue her for accusing the client without providing any evidence. What is her attention, the negative side of the resort? Blackmail? Any other method of making money from customers, she said. When he called room service to check, they said that because the chair had been broken and that the hotel would pay about 100 usd for it. How can t you imagine if your child who weighs 25 pounds could jump and break that chair? She also informed me via phone that there was utmost control over the quality of materials. She strongly told me that my family was to blame for my poor experience at this resort. The cuisine, view, beach at lan rung resort were all excellent. However, you must take reexamine your service, particularly the attitude of your employees, especially the receptionist manager, or else you will lose valuable customers. It was a pleasant trip. Nothing bad, and nothing wow. The room floor was slightly damp. Perhaps due to the humidity and beachfront views. I do like the double bunk bed rooms, though for the kids. However, id say it outperforms the imperial hotel in vung tau as only rated 4 stars. Would return.
