Arrived at 0130 in the morning and the receptionist couldn't be more friendly and courteous. Check in was done in 10 minutes with a smile and she even hold the elevator for us to go up into the room. Area is perfect with multiple late night 24/7 eateries in front in a market area. No a/c but late night bun bo hue hits different after a 24 hours flight the US. Area in the morning is perfect, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops. Saigon Centre is just 5 mins walk down the road if you fancy some a/c shopping and eateries. Check out time is Noon, the hotel can hold the luggage while you still shop around or wait for your ride. Couldn't be happier, might stay here again in 3 days once I'm back from a short trip to Da Lat.

Staff are amazing, young and energetic! Also kind, friendly and eager to help - from Phuc Huy at front desk to Sunny in kitchen and GM Tracy. They are the main reason we go back. But location is great too - hidden in a quiet neighbourhood but steps (literally) to 24h bun Bo hue and coffee shops to first 1-star Michelin restaurant Anan. Communal kitchen and self serve laundry are clean and convenient.

The staff is really friendly. It is in such an interesting location with a market with a bunch of local vendors and this hotel is nestled in between the vendors. It is super convenient as it is central to shopping, food, and major attractions in district 1. A nice sized room and very quiet for the area it is in. Good amenities as well. Will stay here again next time for our trip to Saigon as we love the location.

My fiancee and i stayed here for a few nights and had a great time! We arrived around 10 am to 11 am and were greeted by a very friendly staff who made sure we checked in early and sure enough, we were in our room within an hour! Great location as well, only a 2 to 3minute walk to the saigon centre and surrounding pubs, bars, restaurants and shopping. Lots of great street food at the hotel entrance too! The rooms are also very nice and spacious! The hotel has a luxurious looking lobby and a main area on the first floor for those who want to hang out and relax!.

The location is good, accessible to locals. The mini market is very old. The smoothies here are the best ive had in all of vietnam. Great price too! This place uses condensed milk which is very typical in vietnam, but sometimes i taste it more than i taste the fruit. There is also good wifi!.

Tempatnya bagus, mudah diakses penduduk setempat. Minimarketnya sangat tua. SMALL SHOP JUICE adalah smoothie TERBAIK yang pernah saya coba di Vietnam (saya telah berkeliling Vietnam selama tiga bulan). Harganya juga terjangkau! Tempat ini menggunakan susu kental manis yang sangat umum di Vietnam, tetapi seringkali saya lebih suka susu kental manis daripada buahnya. Di sini, buahnya sangat menonjol dalam smoothie ini.
