We stayed at river mountain view homestay because it was the place our lady booked and it came as a surprise. The family is very nice and welcoming. We made them spring rolls and after that we had an amazing dinner. Apart from that the views are peaceful and the room is really good. I highly recommend it to you!.5.0/511 Dec 2023

Very comfortable homestay away from the town of sapa. We did a 6-7 hour trekking tour with our host and it was amazing. Beautiful views and the owner gives interesting information about different ethnic groups and rice terraces. Family dinner is incredibly necessary if you are staying here. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would return the first chance i get. My partner and ive stayed at this homestay because other travelers had recommended it to us. We decided to reserve one night to check it out, but upon arrival we quickly chose to stay another night. There is a lot of vietnamese culture and beautiful views. Both nights we had drank with the family, celebrated the owners daughters birthday, went on an amazing trek with him, and had fun in the village.4.8/510 Feb 2024

We booked for 2 nights and stayed for more than 10 days! Phan made us feel right at home and we couldnt get enough of his wifes fresh and delicious home cooking. The location in ta van village is perfect, calm and peaceful right by the river, 5-10 minutes walk from cafes, restaurants and shops in town, and you can just start hiking in any direction from there.4.6/58 Feb 2024

We only stayed one night because we had to keep traveling, but they welcomed us so nicely in their family that we wished we could have remained longer. The place and the view are very peaceful and quiet. Our wife showed us how to prepare vietnamese specialties and we really enjoyed the dinner in her company. I would recommend this lovely homestay to anyone. I had an absolutely wonderful time at the river and mountain view homestead. Cuong and his wife were fantastic.
