The staff were very friendly and handled issues quickly and efficiently. They resolved the lost room issue promptly and even helped watch my luggage while I waited for my Grab ride. The hotel also offers welcome snacks, complimentary afternoon tea, rooftop bar vouchers, and spa services. The hotel is very upscale and well-maintained; I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance.

Traveling with my wife and daughter to celebrate a very special day, we were blown away by the superb hospitality from every single staff member we encountered. From the moment we first stepped into the hotel until the very last day of our stay, we were ushered in with the warmest receptions. The doormen, concierge, front desk, and hotel hosts constantly went above and beyond, making the time and effort to ensure our stay was deeply memorable. A massive, heartfelt thank you to the team for the special birthday gesture shown to my spouse. The surprise singing and performance—led by the wonderful Charlie Khang, Duy Anh, and Như—was a beautiful highlight that we will cherish forever! I also want to give a special mention to Trang and Sophie for being such phenomenal, attentive hostesses throughout our stay. And a huge shoutout to Tri and all the late-night bell hops who greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm every single night when we returned late. Thank you so much to the entire team.

I really enjoyed my second time staying at the Silverland Sakyo. Stayed for an entire week. The staff at the Sakyo is top notch! The room was very comfortable and very quiet. If you like Japanese cuisine the location is very convenient to lots of Japanese restaurants. Will come back again.

Our stay at Silverland Sakyo surpassed my expectations, from airport pick up, to checking in, welcome drinks and afternoon tea. All the staff were very attentive to our needs including just a simple opening the door to getting the elevator for you, from waiting for your grab to arrived. They won’t let you stay outside while waiting they will wait for you. The room is spacious, the bidet is the biggest factor on us booking the hotel. Free minibar and afternoon tea. Vietnamese hospitality is out of this world. It made us feel like royalty. I will recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this establishment and genuinely appreciated every aspect of the hotel. Check-in: The welcome was warm, efficient, and highly professional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing drink in a beautifully decorated lobby. Our luggage was immediately taken care of, setting the tone for a stay focused on comfort and attention to detail. The room: Beautifully decorated and very elegant, the room was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. We especially appreciated the exceptional quality of the bedding and pillows — so much so that we would love to have the same ones at home! The many thoughtful touches, such as the fruit platter, complimentary drinks, and relaxing foot bath, truly made a difference. We have rarely seen so much care dedicated to the guest experience in a hotel room. Breakfast: The service was flawless, and the products offered were varied, fresh, and of excellent quality. A breakfast truly worthy of a 5-star hotel. Tea Time: The hotel offers a complimentary Tea Time that is absolutely incredible. A piece of advice: do not miss it! This was one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in over my years of travel. The hotel in conveniently located in district 1 to restaurants, stores, entertainment, and other sites. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. As for the hotel, it is very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hotel is located in Japanese town with many shops and restaurants nearby on the main streets. The hotel decors and rooms are Japanese inspired design. The staffs are wonderful, friendly and willing to help. The buffet breakfast is great with many options, a la carte is also available as well. The rooftop pool and sauna is awesome at the end of the day with a great view of the city. Overall, it is a great place to stay in the heart of HCM city.
