They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. The room was nicely decorated with comfortable beds, some hot water, not before 80 am. The bed was very hard, the duvet was too small and it didn't fit, so you could only have your shoulders and feet covered with visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and painted over mold in the room, assuming this caused a musty odor.

Pros: the staff is very friendly and helpful room was well decorated pillows comfortable hot water sometimes not before 8:30 am. Cons: bed very hard bed duvet was way too small, it doesn't fit at all, you basically pick between shoulders and feet for what you want covered visible mold on bathroom ceiling and painted over mold in room, assuming this causes the musty smell.

Cute little hostel that's right in the centre of everything. It's a 5-10 min walk to the night market. When I booked this hostel, I thought it was right by the beach. However, you do have to walk a little bit and go through another hotel's entrance to get to the beach. When I first arrived at the other hotel's entrance, I thought I wasn't allowed there and returned back. It can be a little confusing to find. As for the hotel, it's located up a 2 min walk on a hill, so just be aware of that. The main reason I wanted to review this hostel was that I could never get a good night's sleep. The matress was comfy but you're woken up around 5am by either the roosters crowing or a neighbour by the hostel who plays some TV/ radio broadcast at 5am. If you can sleep through anything then I highly suggest this hostel but if you're a light to normal sleeper, it might be difficult to get a good night's rest. Overall, the owners are very friendly and this hostel is in a good location.
