This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

The hotel is in an amazing central location with peaceful and calm atmosphere. The property was very well maintained. The staff made the stay feel like home, very kind and genuine. They helped us book all of our excursions, and even checked in to make sure we got home safely. Highly recommend.

First, the staff was great. Always helpful. the location was awesome, couldn’t be better. But, the building needs updating, the bedding and towels were not the best quality. The towels did not smell as fresh as other hotels. But overall we would stay again.

We spent two nights here - it was simply perfect! Rooms are clean and comfy, big shower, pillows are a dream - soft and fluffy. No hustle with big luggage because of the elevator. The location is perfect, in the old town, at Ho Hoan Kiem. Maybe you can find another hotel like this - but staff are the most friendly, lovely and helpful people we ever met in a hotel, and we have seen many. Happy greetings and thank you very much to Hannah and Flora - we will miss you❤️ 100% recommended

As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money. The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.
